Great stay for comfort. Great breakfast buffet.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a few needs that they were able to handle quickly and with a smile. I left my computer in my room and they locked it up until my return. I'm very grateful for their care and communication. Thank you all!

Good base for distance to airport, Buffalo, and Niagara Falls.

Hotel was good, but our room wasn’t very clean. Needs to be vacuumed around the edges and all around the bed. Dust, dirt, lint, and who knows what else was clearly visible. Bed looked like it was made by a 10 yr old. Bedding was crooked, sheets not tucked in in places, bed skirt tucked in in places, pillows not placed well. We had to pull bedding down to make sure hadn’t been slept in prior to our arrival. Hard floors were sticky. Surfaces not cleaned well. I’m not that picky but this room attendant needs to be trained better.

"No surprises" is always good. Outstanding Shuttle service, great welcome, clean/comfortable room.

You can’t walk anywhere but they had a good shuttle service and the night time manager he was very customer oriented

Nice place to stay

The room was very clean and when we needed a wheelchair for my husband one was readily available. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We recommend this hotel.

It was lovely hotel. But there was a loud noise from upstair that continued from 10:30 to 12:30 at night. Coudnt sleep at all. Called 4 times to front desk. Didnt worked. Urine drops around toilet bowl, timmed hair on the sink. Hopefully it could be better next time.

Overall it was nice. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, seemed to be old and a little noisy.

We were in town for our annual family reunion. I don’t recall names very well but EVERYONE from the gentleman at our late check in to the check out attendant to the breakfast hospitality hosts were great. All friendly with greeting and explaining where we could find elevators and much needed coffee. The breakfast area was clean and food/drink did not run out. We will keep you on our good list! Thanks for a great comfortable stay!

As its next to the Airport so the near is Mac donnald but good location , busses are available , good breakfast in hotel, friendly staff , good swimming pool pool.

everything is good an 24X7 availability of shuttle is good.

When we got there, they were having trouble with our reservation through hotels.com - so it took more than 15 mins to get into our rooms. Then the receptionist was snarky with us about being able to sleep 5 people in two queen beds - since we were under the impression that we’re supposed to have a couch but there was not one since they changed their policies. And that’s when she said we should be able to sleep 5 people between two queens. Then we get to our room and the floors are so incredibly sticky that I refused to take my shoes off. Then we got down to breakfast, there was nothing left, we waited for 10 minutes with no signs of anything being restocked or cooked we checked out and ate breakfast somewhere else! Not to mention that there was garbage left around the hotels and messes that weren’t cleaned up.

Friendly staff, good service, plenty of parking, and free breakfast all made for a pleasant stay. The property itself is a bit dated and can use a refresh.

Overall building is so dirty, breakfast was gross.

Went to Niagara Falls and stayed for 2 nights. Everything was quite good.

Clean A bit noisy

We arrived to a very friendly desk staff at 1045 pm. That's where the positive ends and then we had to change hotels. The toilet had not been flushed in our room from the previous visitors. I tried flushing it twice to no avail. The desk sent up a very young man in a frumpy suit with a plunger. From the reflection in the wall hanging, I watched him ineffectively attempt to plunge the toilet and play on his phone while picking his nose and eating it. After 20 minutes of that, I followed him down to the desk. He left. The woman at the desk, while eating an ice cream cone, told me they were already overbooked for the night, so there were no other rooms for us. She contacted the Aloft hotel down the road. Around midnight we went there. That hotel did not have the free continental breakfast. They offered me a voucher to cover it, but we ended up going to a diner down the road due to their lack of breakfast options. It was certainly not the night, or the hotel stay, we had planned.

- internet didn’t work during entire stay - 2 fire alarms in the middle of the night - booked for 5, charged for 5 and didn’t provide rollover bed

My only complaint was our room was on the same side as the elevators, so we could hear the movement of the elevators all night.
