Excellent service and River view

Rooms were clean and very comfortable with great river view. Rooftop bar and pool were lovely - worth staying here for those features alone. Great breakfast too.

Hotel said that it included a swimming pool It was not a swimming pool It was a wet area to have drinks and listen to loud music. The depth of the water was only 1.2 metres. Not suitable for swimming

It’s decent hotel, good food and a well priced. The rooms are clean and nice. The people around the hotel. They’re very kind very willing and very nice. I recommend to everybody if they want to stay and the property is in very good area due to the river one word it’s very good.

The hotel is very convenient - close access to the riverside, Nguyen Hue walking street, and a host of other hotels tourist spots. However, if you are someone who prefers some peace and quiet this place may not be for you, as with the convenience comes a host of events happening at Nguyen Hue on most nights, along with the traffic directly outside makes for a noisy stay. But they did have an excellent buffet breakfast that is quite stellar, with staff who greet you warmly and bus your table. We loved staying there; our only suggestion is to fix the lighting and plumbing. Our room’s toilet required two flushes even for liquids every time. And the lights were these tiny bulbs that did not provide adequate lighting to the room making it appear very dark. There is a good view of the river though so natural lighting is good.

This hotel is in a great location across from the Saigon River in District one, walking distance to some of the attractions in HCMC (if you can cope with the heat). I had a room with a river view which I loved however, it could be a little noisy on the 3rd floor with the traffic - I used ear plugs one night. My room was really clean and spacious. Although the food is ok in the restaurant, give it a miss and eat out. There's a pool and bar on the roof to relax. The staff on reception could do with some customer service training. They are efficient but don't go out of their to be friendly. Over all, this hotel is a good place to stay and I can recommend it.

Location is perfect. In district 1 of the city and very walkeable to other places in the city. Located in the more high end part of town. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Very good amenities on offer and rooms are modern and super comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The pool is the best place to spend your day and evening. They have happy hour daily and the drinks are good.

Great stay in good area of HCM. Rooftop pool was the highlight with happy our cocktails from 6-8pm. Very clean room with good amenities & friendly staff.

I've reserved the Seaview room, but hotel told me my room have been changed to city view one because it's overbooked.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts are amazing and the roof top pool and bar is a real bonus. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The concierge went beyond.

The room was spacious and clean, and they refreshed it every day. Laundry was very prompt and I needed it because I sweated through all my clothes! The gym is small but it worked for me and has an amazing view. The pool deck is great, but the pool itself is in shade in the afternoon. The staff was courteous and responsive. I went to the spa twice and it was amazing; affordable too! The breakfast was also wonderful every morning. I only ordered food from the bar once and it was ok. Other than that, perfect stay!

AC not too good

I am from the US and totally enjoyed staying at this hotel. They offer all the amenities that I would like to have available to me. I have used their Spa facilities twice and totally enthralled with coming back here and getting it done again. I got to know the staff very well over time and they’re all very friendly. The food is excellent. I concierge set me up with all the excursions that I chose. Lady does the door and the gentleman that took my bags up to my room were totally perfect. I encouraged the performance by giving them some money. I’m looking forward to staying here again. The 25th floor with the sky bar is outstanding. And happy hour is to not be believed.
