My mom and I enjoyed a lot of our two-night stay. We got a river-side room and it was large, clean, comfortable and cosy. There is a mini kitchen to share which we used for boiling hot water and storing fruits. The location is great, very close to the castle and the inner city, but is away from the crowd. Everything is within walking distance. The host, Monica, was super friendly and nice. We had to leave early in the morning and she was able to manage to get our breakfast a bit earlier than the usual time. The breakfast was also good. You can also experience a bit cave style in the dining area. If I visit CK again I would def stay here!

The perfect place to stay if you like old, grand things. Even the towels kept in shelves with venetiansk embroidery. In almost a half thousand years old house with real old furniture and interior BUT very convenient. Very well situated among the old streets, the great castle and on the benk of the river "Moldau". According to the situation the streets to get to the place are very narrow so if you have a big car it can be a problem. But the the place offers parkering short way from the house. Very good breakfast and last but not least the owner is very lovely and helpful. I hope I will have opportunity to stay here again!

It was a nice, charming hotel by the river, with lots of space and a view to kill. We came early tham the usual check in , but she the receptionist was accommodating enough to take us to our room and place our luggages while we head to the town and the castle. I love our location, very quiet and yet very close to the bus stations ( we took the bus from Prague) and the city center. The room condition itself is great, despite its age_very medieval. However, when we came in , it was very warm, we had to open the windows until the morning to get some breeze from outside. Bed is confortable, bathroom is huge , big bathtub but no shower. We had to leave early in the morning for Salzburg and they were nice enough to start their breakfast from 7:30 instead of 8:00 am. Overall it was a wonderful stay. I would come back and stay there again.

Monica was very welcoming. Loved the view from the room. Good linens were provided on a comfortable bed. Easy to access the town center and the castle. Nice walk up to the Krizovy Vrch (Hill of the Cross). Recommend an overnight visit to Cesky Krumlov.

Stayed here only one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Room had lots of charm and was thoughtfully decorated. Right on the water and away from the crowds, but l an easy five minute walk to the center of everything.

Can be challenging to locate, however if you park and walk it before carrying luggage then you will be pleased with the location. Staff friendly and accommodating since I arrived after their 6 pm desk hours.They left a phone number on the door to call when arriving so they can assist you with check in. They do charge extra for arriving after 6 pm. Breakfast was a good European spread and you could eat inside or outside.

An experience of what is like to live in the early 20th century - 1905-1910. Oak floors that creak when one moves around the room; a well set-up sitting chairs to lounge; a huge double bed with a wooden headboard and by the way, wide-sized pillows , too. A crucifix hangs that signifies the religious nature of the owner. Heavy wooden doors with iron-cast levers. That truly reminds me of Medieval times. Paintings adorned the room. Welcoming sight was a tray of Christmas cookies which we happily devoured upon arrival. Got the ' Comfort Room' -'Stephan' inscribed on the door which has a pleasing view of the Vltava River snaking its way to the town. Although, the theme is in the Middle Ages, the bathroom has all the modern amenities. I noticed the small details of hooks and there where one could hang towels, small hand towels or what have you.

This was a very cute, small place within a few minutes walking of main part of town. Very sweet owner, great little breakfast included. Felt like a B&B. Would recommend to anyone! Room also had a great view of the river.

Could barely sleep unfortunately. The room has no air con or even a fan, and notwithstanding this, heavy duvets are on the bed with no top sheet. Had to sleep with the windows open, but this meant being woken numerous times by noisy people in the street. This went on til about dawn. There was a washing machine in the bathroom, but we could not get this to work. No instructions on this, nor did the host tell us how we could contact her for issues such as this or the heat. Breakfast not suitable for Westerners.

The house is apparently 500 years old. The present owners have lived there for the past 25 years and have renovated the whole house, keeping as much as possible to the heritage aspects, while modernizing the bathrooms. Very interesting house with a medieval touch.A basic, but good continental type b'fast. Good facilities, bed with large European type pillows and very clean.

This family hotel is facing river with nice view. Owner is very nice. They prepared breakfast early for us 'cause we were leaving before 8am. Room is clean with detailed decorations. Bathroom has a large tub but no shower. There is no front desk. Owner usually is not there. But we can call them.Overall our stay is nice and convenient.

We stayed in the Anna-Maria room, on the ground floor, it was stunning! There is so much character to the room, it is built into the cliff and there is rough cut stone in the bedroom and bathroom. There is also a lovely big bath where you can relax after a day exploring the beautiful old town of Cesky Krumlov. I couldn't recommend this place enough, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the room just amazing. Highly recommended. Really wished we could have stayed longer!
