The fridge did not work and we were not given the option to move. So we lost around $30 in food because we didn't have a fridge. There were no towels available for the pool area and when I asked what we were suppose to do they office staff just shrugged her shoulders. There was a water hose in the pool which was a contamination. The entrance smelled like cigarette smoke and austy odor this continued all the way upstairs to our room
I had to spray body spray in our room so we could handle the scent. The coffee that was served was barely warm the cereal on the breakfast bar was never restocked. They kept running out on feat for n the bar.

We stayed for one night while in town for a concert. The hotel was ok. The fitness room was abysmal. It was directly next to the heated indoor pool and was hot and humid inside. All of the machines (one treadmill, one reclining bike, one elliptical) were broken or in disrepair. The treadmill would run when no one stood on it but the belt was warped and stopped immediately upon trying to use it. The hotel amenities could have been better as well, but the bed was fine for one night. The staff seemed to either not know how to answer questions, or didn’t seem to care much. It’s possible it was due to the abnormally high number of people that weekend, but I would not stay there again.

Had late check-in and previously advised staff, Front desk could've been nice. Sheets were dirty when I went to my room and I mean with crumbs and all, they didn't even bother to dust it off. Housekeeping came in the next day and still didn't change linens simply remade the beds. Its nasty to know Linens are not changed after someone checks out.

Restaurants are close by. Area seems quiet. Pool & spa area was great.

The hotel wasn't busy so it was quiet. We stayed here 2 Sundays in a row on our way to and from our trip destination. Slidell is our halfway point on the trip. Both times the hotel was clean, quiet, reasonably priced, had comfy beds and very friendly staff. The only complaint I have for both stays is the musty smell. The first time it was in the hallway (3rd floor). The 2nd stay it was in our room on the 4th floor. I think all of the carpets could use a good cleaning and that would probably help. We'll stay here again the next time we're in the area.

I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon entering the lobby. He was very friendly & efficient with the check-in process. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative is that our hallway smelled very musty which was a turn off but at least the room didn't smell that way. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location. The area was good plenty of stores and eating places and hospital right behind thr hotel. Hotel needs a bell at the front desk took about 8 minutes before the clerk knew several people was standing waiting for service.

The room was a little disappointing. TV did not work property. The light over the refrigerator area was broken. The hotel inactivated my key card begore I checked out. It was deactivated before 7am the morning I was scheduled to leave. The breakfast was disappointing. Staff was good. Clean. Love indoor pool.

The staff was nice here and the pool was great for my kids. Our room smelled musty on arrival though and the area felt moderately safe.

Whole place smelled of smoke and citrus cleaner trying to hide the smoke. Breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs and burnt sausage patties. No fresh fruit, dairy was not cold, juice was very watery.

I liked that it was easy to get to off the interstate and it is a short drive into New Orleans. I don't feel safe in New Orleans so this area was perfect!

Fitness center needs a lot of attention. No air conditioning made for extremely hot conditions. The treadmill stops working in mid strides, which could lead to an accident. The weight machine is rusted and hard to see numbers.
Even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door, cleaning service staff knocked and asked for our used towels.

Although the property seems new on the outside, it obvious that the property isn't new on the inside. The bathroom was missing a tile near the tub. The coffee table in front of the couch was sticky as was the floor in the bathroom. The phone in the room didn't work.

I reserved a jr. suite because it looked like there would be a partition between the couch and the bed. There isn't. So I asked if we could switch to a 2 bed room. I was told no both by the hotel staff and expedia.

Above average comfort and spacious rooms. ( we had the mini suite) the bed and pillows were so dreamy. Everything in the room and hotel smelled clean and appeared clean.
There were never any towels at the pool. And when I requested 5 , she only had 1. Not sure what is going on with the laundry crew. This was every day we were here so it wasn't just a one off situation.
But really, I love this place and would stay for a 3rd time on our next little adventure. :)

The rooms and property was nice amd clean BUT THE POOL & HOT TUB was not working and the water in the hot tub was brown and the pool had a film over the water. It smelled awful. They finally put up an out of order sign when I complained. I went there because of the indoor pool and hot tub for 3 nights but was sadly disappointed. Three couples together expecting to use the pool and hot tub: but it was so out of order.
