Staff was extremly kind and helpful. For breakfast they had plenty of offer which was renewed timely with fresh ingredients. Room was clean and specious.

We were traveling for the first time ever with our family cat, which we confirmed ahead of time with the hotel. The hotel had a clean kitty litter box already set up in the room, along with a pet bed and food and water dishes. This was a very nice touch and made our stay so much easier. The staff was very thoughtful and customer service oriented. Would definitely stay here again.

I arrived early but was able to check-in without any problems. Quick service, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice sweets on the counter :) The room was big, airy and smelt really pleasant. Nice sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable but my only complaint was that all the pillows were too firm. I asked reception for softer pillows and they were provided without question. I also stayed in room 206 but as there was no rain, I can't comment if the window ledge complaint in a previous review has been resolved. Close the window at night if you want to avoid early morning traffic noise. I prefer to sleep in total darkness but unfortunately, there were some items that emit light in the room - TV on standby and most strongly, the air-con controller on the wall. I bring black electrician's tape with me now so I can cover them up during my stay - top tip! Remove them before I leave. Hotel location really convenient with everything within walking distance. Tram stop outside as in the photo served by tram route 2 which loops the city to all the key sites. There's an 'Idea' supermarket opposite. City bus station also just around the corner which is where the airport buses (A1 & 72) terminate. The breakfast was nice enough but just the minimum offerings; cereals, range of eggs, warm/cold meats, cheese, grilled veg etc. Convenient when included in the price. Overall, pleasant experience for my first time in Belgrade. I was happy with my stay; pillow issues were quickly sorted.

I was looking for hotel that is walking distance to the bus station and to city attractions and this was perfect choice .Front desk and restaurant people were really nice….. Amazing breakfast (choice and quality)…

Avoid room 206 if it rains! The window ledge is made of tin and when it rains, the overflow from the gutter high above drips onto it and is very noisy. It sounds like someone is tapping a pebble on the bedroom window. Not great at 2am! The staff had heard about this issue before. If the weather is good you won’t have a problem but certainly avoid this room. (My colleague was in room 205 next door and there was no problem.)

Nice stay in Belgrade. Very close to main attractions, cafes and shopping street etc. The staff is very service minded and helpful.

Although I landed late because of a flight delay. My private transfer was brilliant and was still waiting for me. Check in was fast and efficient. Room was great. Will definitely be staying here again on future travels.

Lovely hotel very close to the main bus station and around 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The riverside with its beautiful cafes is very close to the hotel too. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

Everything was outstanding, the room was perfectly clean and sanitary items were provided by the hotel. Outstandingly friendly staff and great service. Would stay here again!

A great stay was had by all, what a brilliant hotel and staff, within walking distance of most attractions.Make sure you go for breakfast early, as some of the hot food runs out after 9am, but that's our own fault for getting up late!

We stayed a week at Jump Inn, and every aspect of our stay was fabulous. The room was a suite size (definitely worth the upgrade), the front desk staff was beyond incredible throughout the stay, as was the dining staff and housekeeping. A first class experience, highly recommend. Annie & Patrick

Good overall hotel for short stay in Belgrade .. well managed and plesant

When I stay in Belgrade I stay every time in this wonderful hotel.

The room was large, clean, and in a great location. Breakfast was fresh and varied. The staff at the hotel were all wonderful, which made my stay even better. Highly recommend.

Refurbished building a short walk from center. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Very welcoming staff. Happily accommodated my touring bicycle (46,000+km around the world) and all staff were just lovely. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely stay again if in Belgrade.

Very nice little hotel near to the whaterfront a gorgeous place with a lot of fashion bars. The last room was big with a nice terrace!!!
