Loved the location.

This hotel is amazing. Close to everything. We had a balcony room with river view. I would give it 10 stars if that was available. I booked another stay while I was there for the upcoming Blue Angels in September.

6th or 7th stay at property, always 1st rate.

Awesome overall experience! Room very spacious to accommodate our family. Beautiful view of the riverfront. Love seeing bridge. This was for the 4th! Always great live band & spectacular fireworks show!

There was a band playing directly under my window.

This was our first visit to Owensboro and really enjoyed our visit. The hotel was perfect. Perfect location close to restaurants and the river. Also, perfect location for Fridays after 5.

Two complaints One - I called three times because the toilet in my room had backed up. Front desk actually apologized that no one came the first time and she says she entered a ticket and promised someone would be there 8am. No one ever came. I had to use the lobby bathroom and my room was on 7th Floor. Two - the Lure restaurant. I had a great evening with my friends. I return the next day solo to get a meal. I was seated and brought water and then never saw anyone again. There were a group of staff at the podium for a moment, I'm ready to order, no one comes over. A moment later there is no one to be found. After 15 minutes, checked by the time on my phone, I got up to leave. I swear I really wanted to spill my glass of water on the table and the floor, very much like a dog peeing the carpet to show my displeasure but good graces got the best of me. I walked next door to the holiday inn which had a burger joint inside. There i was served like a king and left the waitress a $20 tip on a $15 burger because I was genuinely impressed by her attitude and attentiveness especially in light of the rude behavior I was subjected to at the Lure. Hopefully this was a one time thing. As I said I had previous good experience at the Lure, but Thursday, June 6th circa 2pm I received unforgivably rude treatment.

The waterfront area was nice and provided play areas for kids.

We had to call about the smell of marijuana infiltrating our room constantly. Nothing was done about it. Other guests on other floors had the same issue. Nice hotel, however if you want a contact buzz then this is the place. Would not recommend.

I enjoyed the hotel and the surrounding area. When I lived in Owensboro before I moved, this used to be the location of the Executive Inn and some night club. Glad to see that Owensboro revitalized downtown with this hotel and waterfront park. Hotel staff, room, and breakfast was great. Lure restaurant has great food and drinks. Property and was clean inside and out. Will be the go to hotel in Owensboro when visiting family there.

They took care of everything we needed. Our fridge was not working in our room and they can right away to replace the unit. Most places would not have done anything to fix the problem. Great service

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was not good.

excellent location next to Bluegrass HOF and along riverwalk. loved the large room, extra chair, and great view of river. didn't like noisy buzzing refrigerator or the noise we could hear from neighbors and in hallways.

It is a very nice hotel. Everyone has been really nice.

This location did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was great and well presented. The grounds and rooms were very clean. The rooms are a bit plain, nothing spectacular, but no issues. Will be back.

Incredible hotel. Super clean. The beautiful river front view was just as described. Really friendly staff. The rate was a bit high, but we had a king suite river view during eclipse night, so I expected to pay a higher rate. It was worth it tho! If you have an Owensboro trip? Stay here :)

This is the ideal stay for runners of the Wendell Foster Half Marathon. Property and staff are excellent and it is right beside packet pickup and the start/finish line.

The nicest Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was very good,too.
