This hotel does not have an elevator. Just know, if your room is upstairs, you will have to go up 2 fights of steps up and down with luggage. The bathtub was not clean upon check in. There were still hairs in the tub and the walls of the shower were gross. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are very small.

There’s no elevator. They cut your card off before check out at 11. So when you’re trying to travel back and forth to the car you don’t have access back to the room or building. If your handicap make sure you’re on the first floor. Or like myself I had an infant and heavy car seat so very difficult. They are remodeling so the outside isn’t cute

Is the 3rd time we stay and don't have any bad thing to say, just would like eggs and sausage for breakfast. Love the location and we will stay again on are next visit to Owensboro

The hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. A good touch was the fresh coffee and pastries that they provide all day from Dunkin' Donuts. Breakfast is a basic breakfast but fresh fruit does the trick.

This is our 3rd year staying at this hotel and it’s always clean, the staff is always friendly and although they’re working on remodeling the building, they were still very accommodating!

The stay was very nice, very nice room, breakfast was not what we thought it would be. The last super 8 had eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy.

It was the worst stays ever in life. They try to reassure me this was a moisture detector, but to me it looks like a camera in the ceiling of the bathroom vent. Left late that night and no compensation was given. Never will stay at this hotel ever agon.

Check in was great. Room was not very clean. What I hope was soda all over the bathroom door. Floors were nasty and we had to clean our feet from walking on it. Lots of hair everywhere. Beds were very small and hard. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 and we never knew what to do or what happened. People were just screaming in the parking lot.

As woman, it is hard to find somewhere you are comfortable to stay alone. The front desk associate was friendly and inviting love the added security locks on the doors. They are much better than most places I have been in the room and hotel we’re clean and it was a very comfortable stay

Room 227.. The bed was only made to look like it was new sheets. The moment I walked in I smelled Urine, after showering and jumping in bed, to my surprise it was the bed sheets and blanket that smelled like urine, it was never changed and disgusting. After advising house keeping it was changed to new sheets… HORRIBLE experience to have laid in a bed that was pee’d in, especially the staff that failed to changed the sheets due to laziness.. Never again will I stay here.

Overall a nice, clean room for the price except the A/C was too noisy for the wifey but worked ok. Our room wasn't ready for us to check in on time and they told me that they would call me when it was ready and their staff didn't follow up on that which was disappointing, but nothing that we couldn't work around for our stay.

Well beds very uncomfortable, we had 2 night stay no bath math or wash clothes left for night two the hall and stairs never were swept and whole place smelled like a garlic Italian restaurant down stairs and upstairs. I will say bathroom was clean 2.5 star expected more for price!!

We rolled the covers back as soon as we got int he room and found Bed Buds and not only human hair but pubic hair in the sheets. We took pictures and presented to the front desk and they seemed unconcerned about the issue after seeing the pics we of what we saw.
They staff was not engaged.

Maude was amazing! So helpful and kind. The whole place was so clean. We will be back on our way thru after our daughter’s wedding. Loved the Dunkin Donuts coffee and and donuts 24 hours. Biscuits and gravy were like homemade. This place was so great
