Nice hotel

This was the most amazing place I’ve ever been to in my life definitely returning it’s perfect for solo traveler or family and a great place to relax

Thoughtfully designed resort. Room was extremely comfortable with a big sofa, table and chairs, huge bathroom with a bathtub big enough to swim in, and quirky handmade touches everywhere. While there are only two places to eat onsite (and a bar with a handful of seats that also services the massive swimming pool), food options were very good. Staff went out of their way to ensure that my husband’s food allergies were accommodated

Such a beautiful resort - absolute 10/10!

The hotel is amazing, a true dream. The only down side… The restaurant closes early. It is a bit far from most tourist places.

Wanted to keep the laundry bag as a souvenir but it came with a cost.

We originally booked and stayed (for one night) at another hotel in Phuket. We booked this one an hour before checking in. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff (Wow on front desk, Dream at the pool bar), as well as everyone else were just perfect. The location, staff, food, pool, spa, room, style, design, quietness, other guests and vista were all perfect.

My family and I spent 3 nights in a villa with private pool Absolutely loved it Our butler Bim was a lovely young lady, very helpful and friendly Will recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

Perfect

I love the view from my room, the hotel room was comfortable and serene. We enjoyed the hotel room stay and most of all the breakfast! Was worried the breakfast spread and taste will be of sub par but it was actually delicious unique and healthy varieties, and we get to choose ala carte dishes which is made on the spot and it was so delicious. The hotel was away from Phuket town but it was perfect for a quiet getaway. Only thing that was not up to quality was the spa , we found communication was an issue and over priced , the spa masseuse finished the massage in less than an hour as they considered washing hands and legs and changing is part of the hour . We felt a bit disappointed with it even though the massage was excellent.

This property is amazing. Situated up high on the point it has unparalleled views from everywhere on the property. The staff is incredibly friendly and their hospitality is top notch. We did not want to leave.

Everything from villas to food to service was excellent - the only downside of this hotel is that is has no beach or beach club. Apparently they closed it during Covid times… reopen it and we will come again! Thank you Haze and Wow for your excellent help with organizing trips and all… ❤️

Please save your hard earned money and don’t waste it on this place. I don’t know in what world this qualifies as a 5 star hotel maybe they paid for the reviews. The rooms and furniture are completely outdated, the view looks nothing like the photos, and the breakfast/food in general at the hotel is extremely limited just bad overall. Luckily my girlfriend and I had a good laugh about how bad this hotel was but I rather not spend over 500 a night for a laugh. The staff was extremely friendly and professional but we were extremely disappointed in everything else. I’ve never left a review in my life especially a bad review but I’ve never felt so scammed in my life. Stay some where else

Incredible - cannot fault anything. And that’s a big statement. Chart, the manager was such a gentleman and really ensured we were looked after. He’s wonderful.

Como is a very good hotel but room service menu has only 5 dishes and the quality of it is far from 5*. Otherwise a super place

From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were immediately taken care of by the staff. The staff all took point to know us and what we liked, helped us with transportation to wherever we wanted to go, greeted us every single time we saw them with a big smile and friendly hello. In the bar area, I have to give Feliz top marks, he helped me with some information regarding the area and the place I was going and so sweet about it! Everyone was so great and genuinely nice. We had an amazing room, definitely recommend the Bay King room. The amenities were great, the food was wonderful. I didn't want to leave. I will definitely return to COMO when I come back to Phuket. It was a great trip, but they really made it better by helping us out with information, transportation and really helping us get a solution from a problem we encountered. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay a couple of extra days for the next flight out. Though they were sold out, they did find us a room and helped us move over to it. They could not have done a better job, the whole staff deserves praise, in every area. This is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had and the lobby to pull up to is amazing and beautiful.

Thsi hotel is lovely. it is in a quiet location and you really chill. The pools are amazing and we have had lovely dinners at both classes. Kids club really good. My daughter spent most of her time ehre, which enabled me to work. Staff are so friendly and helpful, Go out of their way for you.
