Very hospitable at check in, clean, great a/c, has A microwave coffee maker and refrigerator. The bathroom was all New finishes. The only negative thing I can say is that the walls are very thin and you can hear outside noise very easily so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. I would stay here again!

The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed – perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of adventuring. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool and refreshing.
Overall, BeachWay Inn provided a quiet, safe, and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good value near Pismo Beach!

The parking was limited and overcrowded. Other vehicles were illegally parked and allowed to do so.

My recent stay at this hotel was overall satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. However, I found the size of the TV in the room to be a bit small. Considering that we were there for a one-night stay during a baseball tournament, the hotel served its purpose. The only downside was that the price was a little on the expensive side. Nevertheless, it was a decent experience for the duration of our stay.

A good deal at the price I paid. Very clean, and the room was well arranged with all the usual commodities.
Check in was extremely fast.
Area is safe, and it's a fifteen minute walk to the picturesque downtime area. No heavy traffic, and many restaurants, gas stations and food stores close by. The 101 entrance ramp is a 1 minute drive away. No noise issues or weird people.
The only complaint was management bothered me about leaving 45 minutes before my checkout time. This is impolite but no deal breaker.
I've stayed at several hotels in the immediate area, and this offers the best value for features.
Recommended.

When I showed up there was Little words said he just told me to put my card in and charge me then went to my room place was somewhere clean but no hot water the fridge and microwave were disconnected and the next door neighbors were being noisy. I checked in at 3:00 p.m. checked out at 10:30 p.m. no refund and then no credit or have credit no words said from person.

The room 209 should not be offered until they fix the extremely loud noises in the wall that occur every 25 min or so all day and night!! The noise could be the plumbing pipes or some sort of generator?? Startled us awake every! single! time!! Barely slept. No one at check out time to inform them. Had to drop off key. Was not worth $190!!!

Modest but comfortable. Quiet. Inexpensive (for the area). Literally next door to a nice non-chain coffee shop. A block from a McDonalds' and Hwy101. I just needed a quiet place to stay, and for that it worked fine.

The location was great for our stay, although the drive was easy to miss. The room was satisfactory except that the bed was too firm.
