impersonal robotic checkin - no one to direct you to your room. The "voice" was angry and demeaning. Will never stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t any actual employees around. it was just a screen with someone on the other side.

It was peaceful. No traffic noise or anything.

I call it “truck stop chic”. I walked into check in and was greeted by a computer screen and a remote person. The decor of the motel was basic and cold. Inside the room there were bright lights that could not be dimmed. my friend was walking around barefoot and her feet ended up black. as far as amenities, there were two small containers of shampoo and two bars of soap. No coffee maker. This is for $300 a night.

it had actual lights in the ceiling instead of just lamps like other hotels. wanted to rate it well just because of this but it was way too dirty.

so dirty! hairs all over the place, stains on the sheets, stains on the shower curtain, smudges on the walls. so gross. why remodel if your not going to bother cleaning it after! also very uncomfortable bed with mattress wrapped in plastic. no attendant in lobby.

You need to let people know that there would be no human to help me check in. That was a terrible experience. For that reason alone I would not come back.

Upgrades to decor appreciated. Comfy bed and sheets. Very clean.

The automated check in person was off putting. There was literally no staff on site. One utterly obnoxious family dominated the pool and spa, driving everyother guest out...no one there. Aircon didn't work...no one there. There's no decaf or hot water but a machine with overboiled sludge for an hour in reception cubicle. Soulless but practical.

No food, no breakfast

The rooms were noisy, the bed was uncomfortable, we can hear every step the people take up stairs. We were woken up from the next doors animals and alarm. It was really noisy and not comfortable at all.

clean and refreshed, house keeping not coming for the entire stay was not nice though. we had to go down to the front desk for new sheets and make it ourselves.
