Bad condition of bathroom

The staff was extremely nice and responsive. I had trouble with my door key and they were very kind and efficient in helping me with my situation. Appreciate the professionalism.

No breakfast at all, not even coffee. Single coffee maker, water smelled like sulfur. Ac sounded like a truck. Stuffed tissue around the edges and you could see outside. Looks like it was pulled out and pushed back in. Electrical sounds and hums went off and on all night long. Would never stay there again.

Ok place to stay for the price. However hot water comes and goes. Places is clean, but old, tired, ands worn down. Good location and could walk toa number of restaurants.

The wifi was non existent which was frustrating since it was supposed to have wifi. Shower shot water everywhere in the bathroom so it was very wet everywhere.

Convenient location, friendly staff, beds could have been a bit firmer, leaking toilet flush mechanism needs to be replaced.

We really enjoyed this stay. The air conditioner worked great there were plenty of towels for us. The patio was amazing. The pool was clean and opened. The front desk was friendly.
Some people look down on smaller family owned motels. This place was great I would recommend. Again

The property is older. They are doing a good job keeping it operational. Minimally staffed. If you are looking for a place to lay your head and get a good night's sleep, this is a good, economical choice. It was quiet during the 2 nights we stayed, and the bed was very comfortable. Minimal amenities. We will likely stay again just be realistic in your expectations and it'll be fine.

Couldn't get into room, the door key knob wss loose, had to really struggle yo get in room. Then had to really struggle to close door, slam with all your might. Bathroom had no electic plug in, no fan. Shower was terrible.

The attitude of the staff was not good. Also the price was not worth the room at all. It is close to fraud.

My biggest complaint would be the bathroom. The sink water’s pressure is extremely high and it comes out in a straight jet. When I went to go talk to the office about this, they said that no one else has ever complained about this and refused to fix it. Furthermore, the shower drain is clogged and whenever I took a shower, the water would fill up the tub super quickly.

Old property, but clean and comfortable. Everything in the room and bathroom was updated and nice. The room was small but very adequate and comfy.

Our room floor was dirty upon arrival. The toilet in our room was wobbly. You need to balance yourself while using it. Behind the toilet there is an open hole in the wall. We stayed there anyway. I didn't have the energy to look for another motel plus I would have loss money for canceling day of arrival. Other than the restroom saga, it was a place to rest after a long hike.

They really open the office not before 4pm. You can use the pool if you arrive earlier, however, there is no room to change or a restroom. It there weren’t a gas station across the street you had to pee in the pool 😉

Terrible check-in process. Check in is late: 4pm. Office was locked and no one answered door at check-in time.
No breakfast included which was on the website and on the sign out front. When asked about the breakfast the desk clerk just said "no breakfast" and nothing else.

Booked last minute and was great for one night! A/C worked good but was very loud. Drain in shower did not work properly. Had parking right in front of room. Nice pool and garden area. Check in is only between 4-7pm. Would stay again for a night!

The shower didnt drain. The toilet wasnt bolted to the floor. Manager refused to issue refund. Beware of anyplace with a policy of no refunds.

Very dated room, odd smell in room, large cracks between doors and walls. Took 30 minutes to get hot water for a shower. Cheap but you’re absolutely getting what you pay for.

Bathroom had roach and little black beetle looking bugs. They also added a $150 pet fee for our Emotional Support Animal. This was an oversight on our end with their no pet policy due to the hotel popping up on Expedia with Pet Friendly Filter. This hotel is an epic fail. 2017 Revamp in the description is a false description indeed on this location. We rented 3 rooms for the night with our lake powell trip... Never again.

Nothing but a room for the night. Property is old, not updated. Air conditioner was as noisy as fighter-jet, wi-fi was not working, no breakfast
