Nice stay in this hotel overall

Excellent restaurant, nice pool area, fast elevators, clean room, comfortable bed friendly staff

Cold and clean hotel in the middle of the heart of the city.

The hotel has welcoming vibes. Staff (front desk, restaurant, room service) were polite and approachable. I accidentally left my key card and credit card on the restaurant table during breakfast. Kudos to the team at Jambuluwuk for being so attentive, I returned to the hotel at night after a day of activities to find my cards deposited at the front desk. Overall the hotel is great and I would recommend travellers to stay here! If I have to include something to be improved for the hotel, it would be their room features (e.g. furniture, television, table, wash area are slightly dated).

This was a 5 star hotel, felt safe and well taken cared of, since my stay was when the Coronavirus outbreak the hotel took measures to ensure our safety by screening people at entrance and having sanitizer everywhere, I will for sure stay there on my next visit

Everything good except location too far

The hotel staff were fantastic; everyone from the reception, bell boys and restaurant staff were great. However, the hotel is in need of a refurbishment/upgrade to be a 5 star hotel. All in all, I enjoyed my time there.

Apart from the location being a bit convenient nothing great about the hotel.

The room is very spacious. However not very clean. And the rooms are a little too old. I booked 5 rooms, two of it has issues with the toilets and shower room.Yet, the service is good and bad. Good: One of the room has left item in room when check out. The hotel texted me immediately and allowed me to send our driver back to pick up from hotel and send it back to airport before we fly off. Bad: we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food were served very slowly. In fact, one of my friends steak was only served after 1.5hours. The other friend waited for an hour for her food. We had to stay in the restaurant for 2-2.5hr to wait for everyone’s food to be served and finished. And no sincere apology and service recovery done after feedback. Can be improved in this area

This hotel is probably as good as you can get in Yoga Center.The staff are very friendly, the huge and varied breakfast buffet is little expensive by Indonesian standards but after you have had it is very good. The location is good and they offer lots of good travel advice. The rooms are nice and clean with good internet and shower,but have no view or balcony but that’s probably the norm here.The only problem we had was with airport pick up. After days of travel and jet lag we arranged the hotel pick us up 4 weeks beforehand and confirmed day before. They forgot us so the waiting around airport not knowing this was long. Airport tourist info helped us by calling and they couldn’t find our Expedia booking. Took a chance and hired a cab to take us there . They found our paid booking but not a hint of remourse. But when travelling all’s well that end’s well, I guess.

If the hotel was 4 star Id probably give it a higher rating but for 5 star I expected a little better. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was nice, however the shower wasnt great and there was no hair dryer. The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced which was great but the safe didnt work and they never sent anyone up to fix it after wed asked. Breakfast is really nice and theyve a large variety including a vegetarian/vegan section. The hotel is quite central and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go

First check in is ok even though I have to wait for my second room.....the problem was start from AC not working good and then I started looking around my room. I realize that room is not in good condition, I saw here there with the wall falling out the paint, and the carpet wasn't clean at all ( need to be shampoo ), the bed linen are stains and have hole here and there until I feel not clean, so dusty ( most furniture ), the view was so filthy....... for the bathroom are not clean at all ( hair on the floor, near to the toilet feel filthy, the mirror are not clean , shower curtain are yellow and dirty.....bathroom wall need to be scrubs good ) Call the maintenance to fix the AC but no body come till midnight ......after I have review my experience and the staff called me up to let us know that the will move us in the Junior suite for the next day. We move to the Junior suite and we are more disappointed with room condition, the cleanliness are is major problem as well the AC more worse , not working at all :( . So all night we cannot having good sleep caused the heat, so hot ....we call again and we suggest to give us a fan but poor thing still not helping us either. Ruin our sleep! then in the morning we complain again, then they give us another suite lil bit bigger, in three days we move three difference rooms..... they comp us to late checking out ( that's help even though still not satisfied with all happened during our stay ) Over all is Disappointed :( :( :(

All is ok but refrigerator not work

Everything was great about this Hotel including great breakfast in the morning. Lots of verity. Except I can not find hair dryer in the room.

The superior room air con is warm. When u put ur blanket on, you'll sweat. The minibar is warm. The tv display is back to 90s. We requested to change room after 5mins of check in but were told all full. After the 3rd night, we manage to get a deluxe room and no prob with the air con, tv, and minibar. Too bad it was our last night. The 3 night spent in superior room was disaster.

Its really nice hotel and services except we were not happy when we were told the extra guest fee that we paid was not for extra bed. Theres misunderstanding between the hotel and Expedia website.
