Room is big and comfortable

Staying with my family in Zwolle for 1 night due to some business in the city. Big, Spacious hotel with friendly staff. Big rooms ( great when you have a child That wants to run around ) with fresh bathroom, a plus That it had both shower and a bath. Nice products made specially for hotel but only basics- scahampo, conditioner and soap. Was missing out some extra like Bathrobe, cotton buds etc. Nothing expect Ikea in this area and close to busy road. Dissapointed about the lack of attention on cleaning tables between guests in the cafe in Corona Times. For breakfast buffee They informed guests to use The desi dispensers for each new round of getting food but unfortunatley not every one did this.

Modern hotel with full amenities and great value, also good access from the motorway. Menu had a wide selection of dishes and breakfast had many indulgent and healthy options.

Everything was tip-top. Clean and comfortable. One thing I missed was some paper on which to write reminders to myself

The hotel is superb!! Comfortable beds and well-equipped facilities. Very spacious and of super high value!! Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel and very friendly and efficient staff. Very nice food. Only negative is there isn't much around the area if you don't have a car.

Nice hotel but not in walking distance of amenities and it was raining when we arrived but the restaurant was pleasant and we only stayed one night on our way to Leiden and rotterdam

She kept saying: “You need to book your breakfast now, to put it on the card”. I don’t want to book any breakfast. If I want it tomorrow, ill pay for it. “You need to book your breakfast now, to put it on the card”AlrightThe day after, I had a conference call. Got to my room and try to call the number. No line. Rushed to the reception and another lady tells me to try again. Pointing out that I am able to use a phone, she suggests: “can you postpone the conference call?”I wish I had a camera to record this suggestion. Politely, I requested another room, from where I could not get into the conference call. Great job Van der Valk. Please send your staff back to the primary school. APPALLING.

Really nice big hotel with large restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Food really nice especially the Steak! Rooms huge and comfortable.

Very good, efficient well run international hotel, excellent rooms, good food and friendly helpful staff. Location adjacent motorway great for onward travelers.

I don't expect to go back there again, although the chain does have an excellent reputation for value for money and cleanliness , my first night there was disturbed by fleas in my bed, The rest of my stay was pleasant, but expensive for what was on offer.

good hotel, great breakfast, large variety of fresh food to choose from. hotel in good condition, just near industrial area..

The hotel has a huge, free car park outside and all the facilities you would expect in a modern, business hotel. Staff are fluent in English and most helpful. Food -both for breakfast and the evening meal-was very good. There is nowhere else to eat as the hotel is close to the motorway and opposite IKEA on the business park. Their flag is easy to spot to locate the hotel. Our room was well equipped with a large bathroom which had a separate shower and bath. Air conditioning worked brilliantly throughout the hotel which was necessary in a heat wave -34 degrees. Despite its size, staff took the time to chat, give out maps of the locality and suggest jogging routes. Zwolle is close because of the motorway and we spent time in the modern art museum and the church -both interesting and cool.
