I changed the room because the one we were allocated at first had a funky smell. The front desk sent a welcome message addressing my friend and I as Mr. and Mrs. even after they knew we were both men; I think it was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. The second room had single bed even though I booked for double bed.

Nice and clean. Breakfast good.

¨Visit fine. Musik in the hallways irritating and , as heard into the room, kept me awake for some time.

Love the food here. Service is great and the option of room service is wonderful. They need to put menus in the rooms or at least a list of numbers to call as the phones are not labeled. Pool is beautiful.

Excellent hotel staff accommodated to our room request and graciously allowed us to have a late check out because of our flight hours. Welcoming, respectful and safe.

I have a splendid stay. The night receptionist was great with his service meeting the hotel's standard. The room is good.

Transportation from airport was great, check-in was easy, the hotel itself was very nice and clean, amazing breakfast. Would stay here again!

I came to Arusha for a conference which was held here at the Mount Meru Hotel. A friend encouraged me to stay elsewhere, but for the sake of convenience, I decided to ignore that advice. Am I glad I did! in addition to the aforementioned convenience of being in the conference hotel, I truly enjoyed my stay. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well attended to at least twice per day, with turn down service as a standard. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and nice, and the grounds have a lot of greenery. The restaurant food was good as well, with a full breakfast included as part of the stay. The fitness room, which seems to be an issue in other reviews, was perfectly fine though a bit small. I had probably the best pedicure in the local spa with a huge amount of attention to detail. I love the hotel!

My stay was great. Enjoyed the hospitality. The only drawback was the state of the gym. It is in absolute shambles for a nice hotel such as this.

Arrived late and reception was cheerful and expecting me. Very courteous service throughout from maid assuring me that I didn’t need to hurry with vacating the room to offers of showing me to the breakfast room. Very quiet and attractive place.

The best hotel in Arusha Tanzania. Excellent location with a Golf course on the left side and Mount Meru in-front so near that you feel like you can tourch it. It is beautiful. Awesome views all round.

We spent a night at this hotel after climbing Kilimanjaro and a Safari. Just perfect!

the beds are extremely hard, the A/C in our room did not work and a double room meant 2 twin beds.?

Pleasant property with nice pool and grounds. Rooms are more than adequate.

Extremely Poor service both at the restaurants as well as at the front desk and housekeeping.
