Staff was not friendly or inviting at all. Everything was broke (hot tub, treadmills, elevator etc) room had a weird smell. Not worth $200 AT ALL. Won’t be back unless it’s comped for the experience.

The Fairfield Inn was clean and in good condition, but starting to look a little old inside. I would rate our stay as safe, quiet, and clean. The hotel was also conveniently located (i.e., easily walkable) to several restaurants (including Culvers, one of our favorites). We would stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. Hotel was clean, rooms including bathroom were clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were open and operational with pool towels provided. Around 10pm from our room, we could hear kids yelling from the pool. We called to the front desk to ask if the kids could quiet down and very shortly, it was quiet. Staff at front desk was very friendly at check in and out. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast options were good including hot breakfast. Overall, a great experience.

The sheets on the bed had not been changed since the prior guest. It was obvious someone had slept in them. The management promptly changed out the sheets when I brought this to their attention.

We were unable to get there, due to a medical emergency while traveling there. I did contact the hotel to cancel the reservation and have had no luck in contacting Expedia about a possible refund due to such extreme circumstances

I have stayed in Fairfield Inns before and I would say that this one was not up to their usual standards. It was in a poor neighborhood, with really no place to eat nearby. The breakfast was also average.

Bed bugs in both of the rooms I stayed at. Moved me at 2 am because I was devoured by bed bugs. Stayed up all nigh…staff was indifferent to the problem.

Overall experience was great. The check-out process, however, was a bit different. There was a bin on the desk to put room cards in with a sign that said you would be sent an email shortly. Several times I witnessed someone approach the desk with no hotel staff present. The guests has to come around the desk to the office door & ask for attendant to come out for assistance.

staff was amazing room we clean my only complaint is let me set the temp for my room i like it cold and i couldnt adjust it lower then 65 and it was hot as hell out
