some decor was in rough shape…elevators need a face lift. smokers hangin out back door making it an issue when entering the back door area full of smokers

It was quiet and comfortable. The room was warm and easy to adjust the temp. The hotel was easy to find and get to.

I didn't realize when I booked that breakfast wasn't included. First, I think better customer service would have been for them to ask if I wanted to upgrade for breakfast. Second, I think $16 for breakfast when I already paid over $200 a night is too much. I ate at mcdonalds.

Stay there for September 23rd-24th 2022, everything was good in the day with the previous people at the front desk but later on in the night when they switch shifts, the night shift front desk employee lady was definitely racial profiling us, she had called the police on me and my friends when we came from out and was going back to the room on the 4th floor and they came to harass us because we’re from out of state! Mind you we’re all black also! She even went as far to ask our female friends that were with us “if they were okay” prior to her calling the police, don’t know the reason why she would ask that! Won’t ever stay to this hotel again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE IF YOU’RE A PERSON OF COLOR!

I was charged twice for my stay once on my credit card and once I paid cash I called the manager multiple times and I'm yet waiting for him to respond to me because I paid $144 for the stay but the hotel charged me $188 on my credit card cheaters

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room smelled like dogs. We asked for a new room and staff was very accommodating and immediately moved us. The second room was much better!

Bed is comfortable and the hotel was quiet even for being booked with little league baseball.

The maids knocked then opened out door immediately 4 times in the morning even though we were still in the room.
