I loved the indoor pool & the dining area!

The hotel itself is nice and feels safe. The staff all seem a bit disgruntled and unenthusiastic about hospitality. The restaurant food is not recommendable- go out. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. The fitness room is awesome here! It’s fun even if you’re not a gym person. The pool and whirlpool were really nice as well.

The room was nice, a little tight but overall enough space. Although the bed frame stuck out and we kept catching our leg. Staff were friendly, pool was decent and location great for what we needed.

Could not accommodate early breakfast for 30 people and still disputing a charge on my credit card that no explanation can be given.

While we did have to deal with the large contingent of weddings there. Everything was pleasant and the breakfast was good. There were a lot of kids there causing some minor issues but nothing we couldn't handle.

This property was clean, well cared for and overseen by courteous helpful staff. We enjoyed the fact that there was a bar and restaurant within the hotel.

It was a great property very well kept and excellent staff. The man that checked me in ask if this was my first time and I said yes. He gave me the layout of the hotel and pointed out breakfast the next morning. He pointed out the bar and your bartender was great. He made sure you were taken care of and he joked with us.

The property was right off the PA Turnpike which was convenient. Plenty of parking, pet fee was reasonable and a nice area for pets as well.
It was clean, and comfortable.
The negatives were that we asked for a handicap room- did not get it.
We needed 2 queen beds, they were more like double beds.
We asked for a rollaway bed, but they only give rollaways to kind bed rooms. (Not in their write up)

Nice location. Comfortable. Clean. Nice staff. Would’ve been 5 stars but the toilet ran all night and made a loud squeaking sound that kept us up so didn’t sleep well.

This is the first hotel review I have done. This hotel was clean. The manager was on site and extremely helpful even personally search the premises to find me a corkscrew. Just overall a very nice hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful the night of our reunion. We needed some copies made of pictures out of the yearbook and they were kind enough to help us. I forget the guys name who helped us (maybe it was John), but he was very kind and helpful.

The Hilton Garden in charged my card 186 dollars on May 5! I already paid for the room through Hotel.com. The Hilton is denying the charge and is blaming Hotels.com.
