Great super clean property. People were friendly and rooms comfortable.

Cute little place, nothing fancy, but clean, quiet and friendly. If you’re lucky you might get to meet one of the celebrity cats! This was a fun, short trip, but most importantly I got caught up on some much needed rest and this sweet place was the place to do it. I highly recommend it!

Our room was comfortable enough, but had none of the charm shown in the site photos. Standard low end motel room with indoor/outdoor carpet & a couple antique looking items. The bed was simply a mattress on a metal frame. No adaptation was made for charging today’s devices in an older facility. Outlets were scarce & used by other items, lamps, etc.

It was a really nice quaint family owned place. Easy access to the main street. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful little motel, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfy. My new place to stay when visiting Fredericksburg.

The Peach Tree Inn is a quaint retro motel. The staff is very friendly and family oriented. The room was fun and vintage feeling, but up to date as well. We want to come back to stay longer and explore Fredericksburg and stay here again.

The room was amazing, very charming with the antiques. Very clean love that my room was so large with the kitchen and living room area. Was a little noisy because I was close to the street and there was construction going on right across the street, but other than that I will definitely come back to stay again when I come to Fredericksburg.

We have always liked this location and stayed here often but was very disappointed this time. The electricity in our room was not great, the door didnt seal, and the toilet seat was broke.we will look for a bew location the next time we visit Fredericksburg

Our go to hotel when visiting Fredericksburg! We were upgraded to a cottage . Loved sitting on the porch in the evening watching the deer, squirrels and birds! Rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, a nice continental breakfast to get your day started! Always a great stay!

Nice and spacious cabin. Clean. Bed was very comfortable. Close to Main street. The only minus, towels were paper thin.

Front desk staff was very nice and continental breakfast had lots of options, but towels were "refreshed" daily and they just used the ones we threw on the floor. Multiple towels were stained when we got there before we had a chance to use them.

My 3 sisters and I stayed in the same room with 2 double beds. We had plenty of room for all our stuff. The room was clean and comfortable but not enough hot water for 3 showers back to back. The A/C was cool but we couldn't turn it lower than 70 and we all like to sleep cooler than that. So it was too warm at night. The office personnel were so nice and welcoming and so accommodating. We will stay here again but we will bring our own fan.

We really liked the room and the fact that we had our own parking spot next to the room. It was quiet and nice not to be in a crowded hotel type setting. The only complaints we had were that there were no filters for the coffee machine, the soap smelled awful and there was a lump in the carpet that we kept tripping on.

I enjoyed everything about this stay! Super cute, comfy, and quiet. Very clean as well. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Perfect for the charm of Fredericksburg, this wonderful motel was close to downtown It offered fresh continental breakfast, and extended caring hospitality. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. A lucky find. ❤️

The ac unit was too small for the room size and it was not cold enough for my comfort.

I was very comfortable. There was a great bed. It’s an older complex, but it was perfect for me because I don’t require the high end amenities.

Very charming property.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The property is older and well maintained. The huge yard has bird houses, picnic tables, fire pits and bbq grills, and deer!! We will recommend to our friends and we will book here again.

I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s staff is rude and the Continental breakfast was a joke

The only complaint I have about this charming motel is the smell of ammonia that must have been used to clean the room. It really bothered me the whole time. I wouldn't mind coming back but I would bring room deodorizer. My husband and I loved the cats that roam around the property!

I had higher hopes for this motel, but we were disappointed. The A/C put out cold air, but didn't remove the humidity making it very uncomfortable and damp. The toilet didn't flush well. Thankfully, there was a plunger we could use. That did help. The storage facility across from our room had flood lights on all night making our room far from dark. We had blinds, but no curtains. One nice thing was the covered parking close to our unit. We won't be staying here again.

I have made reservations for two nights and I sent a message to the property letting him know we were traveling late and it would be well after midnight before we got there never got a response to the message but went ahead and went to the property. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying due to short staff the office was closed until 8:00 a.m. but for assistance call this number. I called the number several times never got an answer and it had a voicemail that has not been set up so I sent them a message still no response sat in the parking lot for an hour in the middle of the night then finally decided to just go somewhere else we were tired and wanted to get some sleep. I called Expedia told them the situation and asked for a refund. The lady at Expedia talked to the hotel manager who said that they would only refund one night because the first night was a no-show! How is it a no-show on my end when I sat there trying to reach the hotel staff and was unsuccessful and had to pay out of pocket for another room! On top of that when we got to the property we weren't even sure if it was still operating because the property looked abandoned. The only good thing that came out of this experience was the wonderful hotel we ended up staying at. Very disappointed in the customer service for this place and Will never make reservations for this hotel again
