Things were clean and neat. Best location for ski. Breakfast was fairy good. Staffs were okay. But expensivefor 2~3 star accommodation.

Very nice hotel with good location with the skiing ground just right outside. lucky of us to catch the fireworks right on the day we are at the hotel and it was so beautiful. 😍

Tasty free dessert buffet, free soft drinks and beer in the lobby. Very closed to the ski area. Staff is helpful and professional, and also speaks English well. The room is clean and comfortable except the room is a bit hot as air conditioning only provides warming in the winter.

Has a bus stop right outside the hotel, very convenient and easy to navigate.

Hotel was clean and onsen was good. Hotel has good line up of free activities such as bbq marshmallow and sweet desserts buffet to keep us occupied in the evening. Good for family with kids.

Hotel provides free items such as mask and moisturizer for ladies’ use. Hotel breakfast buffet is however just average in terms of quality despite the quantity.

Checking in was easy and pleasant, hotel staff are friendly and room is clean. Definitely will recommend to others.

3 families with 8 boys under the age of 9 had an excellent week staying here. The breakfast was fantastic, the hotel staff was very help arranging transportation for skiing, dinner, and activities, the onsen is great, and there are lots of amenities and services that make it fun for kids such as a play room and snacks. Would definitely go back again!

The closest to ski lifts and gondola

Loved the quaint decor, the atmosphere, the attentive staff. The location couldnt be better, directly opposite the slope. The public bath was great for sore muscles after a day of snowboarding. Free snacks, drinks, beer and dessert buffet are lovely touches. One negative was the lack of dining options around. Their buffet was ok but a bit over priced, the sashimi wasnt really fresh and other dishes were so-so. The room can do with a bit of refreshing, its showing wear and tear, especially the bed, which was lumpy. Other than these, was a superb stay and will consider it again if i am in the area.

Great location at one of Japan's premier ski resorts right in front of the chairlift. Pleasant staff, good variety at breakfast, loved the open air onsen and the evening shuttle bus to Furano township for dinners at interesting restaurants was especlally appreciated. Ground Floor (lobby) connmon room was a great place to meet people abd enjiy free drinks and snacks. Family friendly. Overall great stay. Will return.

However we are rather unhappy about the booking experience with Hotel.com During booking, the website indicate that there is a rollaway bed in the twin room which can accommodate 3 person. Nearer to check in date, the hotel informed that we need to top up $100/night to add a single bed as there is no rollaway bed. Apparently hotel.com website has provide inaccurate information. Won't be booking with hotel.com again.

We booked a basic triple room with a rollover bed for four pax for 6days. The hotel looks dated and you felt the age when you entered the room. A very typical room of a Japanese hotel. However, as time passes, you start to warm up to this hotel. You will find little surprises - they provides free usage of items, including phone chargers! There are a selection of pillows to suit different people. Free selection of drinks 24hours daily. You get freebies at different period of the evening, ranging from beer to sweet desserts! There’s even ramen for supper if you are still hungry at night! All excellent quality food as well. This hotel is baby/kids friendly as well, providing all you need for the badly/kids. The staff are very professional helpful and goes beyond to help us. One of them helped to glue back my kid’s boots. I was unfortunated to have fever and they provided medication for free. The other thing I want to mention is the chambermaids. I don’t see them but they understands you. The hotel provided medium adult sized Japanese glowns as standard in the room. Thus , you need to go and exchange for the correct sizes. Same for the kids. But what are on our beds daily after the first night were sizes that we required. I would like to thanks the staff for the help during our stay there. We had totally enjoyed our stay there!

Room can be a bit warm without air condition but overall stay is very pleasant.

-Easy access to ski slopes.-Great easy and clean onsen.-Free snacks and drinks.-Decently clean rooms-Light colored window curtain, does not block light effectly. Room was lighted at 5am in summer. (I assume fine for skiers waking up early)

This is a kid themed hotel so there lots of kids besides there is only 1 lift to serve hotel.guests.

The hotel provides free snacks and drinks frm 3pm. Good service, room is very big and spacious for 3 huge luggages.
