Great hotel, great staff

I wouldn’t give even 2 stars property in very poor condition toilets smell and most toilet equipment broken i complained and they moved me to another toilet and it was even worse than the first one lifts broken most of the time and we had to use stairs Carpet very dirty in the room and corridors Worst hotel been ever It looks like they don’t spend any money on rippers ever I don’t recommend

Nice view but nothing much more to make me return .Booked room for three but only two towels ,one bath robe ,,,,

I spent 4 nights in Farah, it was a pleasant stay, staff were nice in particular Hamid at the breakfast buffet.He went out of his way to help everyone in the restaurant.

Everything was great until the bartender started arguing with me about politics.

We had a total of two rooms booked. The welcome was very warm and friendly. Room keys were handed over to us immediately after we completed the documentation. However, much to the surprise of our friends Mr & Mrs Arun Pawar, they found their room to be used, unkept, dirty and certainly not ready for a new occupant. Faking that the hotel is full, after Mr Pawar demanded to speak with the Manager, they were provided another room. Obviously the hotel workers are yet untrained. But the location was very nice. And mde up for the lapse on the part of the check-in staff !

Everything was excellent and the staff made me feel very comfortable and help me out more than expected.

nice hotel,The view is breath taking by overlooking the wonderfull bay of Tangier and Spain across the sea! ,it does need some renevation but very nice overall

Nice hotel, but terrible shower. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place. So you had to turn the water off and on or hold the shower head. Unless you wanted a flooding bathroom, which indeed happen.

Banglo is very noisy can’t sleep , not clean , nice view

Reception staff lacking professionalism and unhelpful. Would have been helpful if hotel had their own taxi as hotel is far from town centre etc. Hotel is nothing special for a five star.

Beautiful hotel, setting, and views. We really loved our stay.

1) Hotel staff include the Manager very bad , they need training . 2) they paint rooms next to my room at 2am , all paint smell went to my room . 3) every day they provide the Bathroom towels very late 4) 1 day completely no water , other day no electricity other day no internet , I keep tell them I am expedia VIP they need to give me at least regular service , they really don't care , I stayed from Jun 1st to jun 18th room no 3018 . 5) My room include breakfast $100 USD for me , my wife and my son , I paid for it upfront and I swear I don't ask for any extra food , you believe or not they keeping charging me about $10 extra every day , I ask why ? their answered service charge . rip-off Hotel , they didn't care I am Expedia VIP customer , they didn't care about my son when they paint in the middle of the night , they didn't care they should give me a good service because I am American and I took reserved from them high price executive Room . The hotel was great with good spacious and clean rooms. The pool and bar area was lovely and good sevice.

The views are spectacular, service was great, rooms are big and clean, the hotel may be a bit outdated but well maintained.

It was a good hotel. I stayed at one of the bungalow suites. The view was wonderful. One thing to note is that the continental breakfast was lacking in quality and did not include hot food. The room heating did not work well.
