The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. You can really relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff are very kind.

Nice hotel, great staff, great food!

There was really no reason to leave the resort, everything is there. Their spa massages were heaven! I had one each day except when we had to do the island hopping. Gym is 24/7 open which is great. just wished they open their pool earlier than 8am and had more Filipino cuisine available. Staff are friendly and most of them have great attention to detail. I just booked another stay with them in Sept.

This resort is awesome! Everything is perfect. Especially private beach os wonderful! Food also great but need to be more menu. Anyway This is the best resort in Bohol.

Our stay at oceanica was excellent.

I love the concept of this resort. It has a natural traditional feel type of resort not the typical modern building type. From the small details of keycard, welcome drink, necklace to the cottages/rooms, restaurant & all the coconut trees that surrounds the resort are beautiful. The beach & long shoreline with white sand made it perfect. Such a beautiful resort & i love how quiet & private the beach & surroundings are. Food at the restaurant is good as well with beautiful presentation. Rooms are small & breakfast buffet is very good & adequate. I will definitely come back & stay longer. They should limit the number of day passes to outsiders to prevent it from getting too crowded in the lounge areas which will affect its appeal.

Only negative had vomiting and diarrhea after a meal may have been the water. They said it was all filtered. I should have only used bottled water.

Wonderful and beautiful

We liked the beach, the layout of the property, the service, the food.

We stayed for 4-nights. Although there were two weddings during our stay, it wasn’t as noisy as we thought it would be and their operations for staying guests did not stop. Their best assets at the resort are their food and their staff! If I can make one suggestion, most toilets I used at the resort had toilet seats that were smaller than the actual toilet. Change those to the correct toilet seat size, and everything would be perfect!

South Palms is an awesome place to relax. It’s not overly populated, peaceful and staff are great! One thing I enjoyed the most was the massage. The therapists were all great and friendly plus a wonderful view to savour after the treatment. The room was nice but the aircon inside our room was not as strong as my children’s room. An exhaust inside the bathroom would be a good addition 😁 Overall, it was an amazing stay! I can recommend this place to my family and friends.

Everything is superb!

South Palm is an excellent place for vacation. It is quiet and the rooms were very clean in fact they make sure that you have a clean room all the time that they clean it 2x/ day. Never seen one with this service. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good with variety of options for you to choose. They even offered to pack your breakfast when you go for day trip isn’t that amazing. The staf were all respectful and treat you well for all your needs. Their beaches were well maintained. They have staff that clean the sides of the beach each morning. I love their massage the therapist were excellent they do a very good cnn job and maintain your privacy. Over all this is the place to unwind and enjoy your vacation very done.

Perfect! We had a very happy time in South Palms. We felt like we were in heaven while we were there. We’ll definitely revisit there! :D

AC UNIT In room was not working . Unit made a big cracking sound on wall and the room was warm because the AC did not work. We asked for a room transfer because of the AC malfunction. We received no apology or regret note for the inconvenience we had during our stay. Needs improvement on facility and building being a 4 star hotel.

i love everything!..the property ; ( toiletries is not that great but it’s fine… we brought our own) Garden and lawns are kept clean and well trimmed. the restaurant is fine although they could improve the menu. the nightly entertainment is awesome! the staff are nice and very accommodating. the whole place is excellent!

The place is so beautiful excellent and the people are amazing and so welcoming! Room is so clean, food is great! Amenities are great too! We will definitely be back to this place! Rating 5 stars

Absolutely beautiful place to be

Nice quiet

The palm trees and the sea are so pretty. I really liked the beach front room. They clean the room for just one night. However, it was not cool because the air conditioner was broken, and it was uncomfortable because the shower was all-in-one. I don't have much food for breakfast either.

One of the best place to stay in panglao, bohol. Very clean, the beach is beautiful and the service is good. Nice breakfast as well. Will definitely come back again

Easy place to recommend to stay.

The room smells like Mildew. The air conditioner made noise all night. We had no hot water for two different days. We will not recommend this property to friends and family.
