Very centrally located in Ubud. Just off a little lane from one of the two main streets. The pool is nice. I’d stay here again.

Nice place, big rooms and a lovely pool. But the daily leader was very rude and made the vacation very unpleasent. All he could Think about was money, money, money...

Great value for money in the heart of Ubud. Staff are friendly and helpful. You won't be paying Novatel prices so don't expect luxury. But the rooms are large, quiet and a great view of the forest. Especially found the running stream relaxing.

The hotel is in a great location, lovely grounds, nice room with a view, basic bathroom (not fancy). My kids loved the pool and the fish spa. We could hear the bar music until 11pm every night, that was the only downside.

Top location. Quiet due to being set back from road but right in the heart of Ubud. My room was basic but had everything I needed. Great air con. Lovely pool. Fabulous staff. Good breakfast.

A very nice little Haven in the middle of busy Ubud. The hotel is far enough from the street that you can almost forget you're in the middle of the town. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful... Minuses are that the place is a bit run down, especially the bathroom needs work

We had a non-functioning toilet that we asked to have fixed for 3 days. We were promissed every time and given lengthy explanations what has happened to the handy man. Finally we were offered another room when I filled in the online form about our first impressions and mentioned the toilet.This hotel would only need a little TLC to be good. Instead it is partially cleaned, barely serviced. We had the feeling only the bare minimum is done and only when requested. Ie cleaning the dead, inch sized cockroach from under our bed..We tried the spa. Well, it was money wasted.

good location, the hotel outside good environment and near Ubud Market and Monkey Forest but bed sheet so bad smell, not changed towel everyday, The bathroom door can not close, have mosquitoes.

The reviews i’ve read before booking has been quite accurate. I went with my brother and friend for 3 days. The hotel owner is very controlling of his facility, and it can become rather uneasy when he is always around. I stress the emphasis that. Even if the hotel is on the bar street. This is NOT your local party hotel. The location and standard is very good if you want to be close to the center. Everything is Within reach! I believe we over paid a bit for or transit out of the hotel. So be sure to negotiate, even if he is the hotel owner. There are a LOT of people just outside who can arrange the same services. Breakfast is an order based choosing. And rather good. But portions are not big. Rather small, or normal. We always purchased a second breakfast out. All in all. 4/5 for hotel 2/5 for the owner/mood of the place

Right next to monkey forest- so convenient location. Deluxe room was on top level, nice view. Breakfast was so so. Didn't know they had scooter rental until the last couple of days. Not very helpful staff when it came to asking about activities/prices. Facial at spa was average. Nice pool. Loud air conditioner on the house that disturbed peace

This is a good hotel. The staff is very friendly. They will assist you with all the reasonable needs. You can charter a car or rent a motorcycle,reasonable price. Although it is in the main road inside,it is very quiet,very comfortable, very suitable for family members.

You have to walk into a side street to get to the hotel which can be hard to find at first. However inside the pool area does look really nice. The room is fairly clean not bad for the price you pay. But we did find the main person on reception to be a little rude and that he had us down for staying less days than what we booked.

The hotel was nice and it was a small and quiet place. Nice pool aswell. The staff was ok but it seems like they are trying to sell tours more than actually drift a hotel. The staff in the reception was asking many times each day(up to 7 times) if we wanted a tour he sugest when we check in (they started there already). even if we said that we would come to the reception if we wanted the tour they keep asking.. We ordered transport ourself trough internet of principal reasons. The breakfast was poor. Just a small toast and one egg, and the meny was not any better. Overall, except a few of the staff and the breakfast we could actually recomand this place because of the hotel area, nice rooms with fridge, the central location and that the beer they sold was cheaper than the minimarkeds in the area.

There was a leak from the ceiling in our room to the bathroom. Service was friendly though and pool was amazing.

Our family room was one of the older rooms, no A/C (which is needed as the fans were not helpful, one possibly spinning the incorrect direction for downward air). Parking is on a very busy, unsecure street with rare spots available mid-day. The hotel itself is tucked about 50 yards down a sidewalk, don't expect a bellhop. Breakfast was simple with a few things to choose from. Price was great. Location was great.

So nice. Staff very friendly and kind. Nice view!!! But no have shampoo and soap.
