Overall,was okay, for the price value is good. Feels too much like a business hotel.

Customer service was excellent. The amenities were one of the best of hotels I stayed in.

The room was not as advertised and the wifi was absolutely terrible!!!! The shower leaked

Rooms are very small and been renovated very long time ago. Showers are very duty needs complete remodel. Had to leave after one night and move to other hotel.

The rooms are small unless you go for duplex. There is nothing around the property and beach is 3 km away and not that good

Its a good clean hotel. However its not a beach resort or on the beach as the title suggests. I was disappointed because the weather was nove and i wanted to swim in the sea. The hotel is located in middle of town and during high season offers shuttle to beach. However it was kow season and thos service was not offered.

The staff were lovely and there was a wide chioce of food on the buffet for both breakfast and dinner

Property has excellent activities and facilities , very good breakfast and dinner , nice room space but need some renovations and improvement . All in all it was a perfect stay and holiday my family really enjoyed it . Thank you all :)

The rooms are very small, not very clean and had a bad smell, the entire hotel had a bad smell and the breakfast was terrible, the only good thing was the friendly hotel staff.

Hi there, To who correspond : The reason of my email is to complain on the no professional way to conduct with customers from Mrs Mine Uyar, I did book a couple nights for my husband who was in a business trip in Turkey, some kind of service been added that my husband has to pay there, for some reason the hotel wasnt able to process his credit card, or it was the excuse from Mrs Uyar to get my husband personal social media information and from them start sending personal messages, like be pending in how he is doing and enhancing that he is a kind and charm person, been pending to ask him also how he arrives to usa, in that messages she never ask or mentioned any balance to the hotel, it wasnt until I did answer her on social media asking what was the relation with my husband because suddenly she been so friendly and concern in a personal way about him, her response was that “they have personal business” non explaining to me what was it about, even I informed her that I was the one on charged of our business she still not giving any explication not even mentioning that it was from the hotel he stayed. I did block Mrs Uyar from the social media access after that she sent a email about a non specified balance, NOW IN A PROFESIONAL WAY FROM HOTEL MEMBRETE. This is so annoying and un professional way to approach a client, as a business not you must proceed on good faith, if a customer owns anything you should conduct in a very different way. and i paid trough hotels.com

I didn’t like this hotel because the room were extremely small for being a 5 star hotel and the price it has. I couldn’t have time to see other areas of the hotel

Nice people. clean and comfortable facilities but smoking rules are ignored by some guests and hotel administration unable to deal with it. The poisonous smell is leaking between rooms.

In all honesty an amazing hotel for the price, split with my friend I paid £35 a night for a room. For that price I got multiple indoor and outdoor pools (including thermal ones), free decent quality food all day everyday, ok wifi, central location and good service. Phenomenal, 5 star. Would stay here again, I have never been to a place as cheap and that food quality. Teşekkürler!

I sent you email. I must go out from the Hotel, while either bugs and beatles were inside on the room, then I found my room fully opened!!! No closed,. The staff couldn speak accept one person NO foreighn language. Very bed food... By the end, please do NOT hotel 4*. They have minus 2*. Everything is in very law value including spa. Dark light everywhere si not giving nice view.I had to go from this Hotel on my own costs to another one. Hotel said, Hotel .com, or Expedia is responsible... No money, no claim,,, Im working in travel businees myself 30 years international.This Hotel i will never recommend anybody, who is seriouse client.

Too much money was spent on hotel lobby when facilities in rooms could be upgraded, lobby is beautiful so when arriving at your room you’re let down. My shower was covered in slimy mould and after turning the shower on the bathroom gave off a bad smell. Outside pool area is nice as well as staffing.

This could have turned out to be a pleasant stay but the hotel has a culture of saying NO. It started with asking to borrow a corkscrew...The room was pleasant enough but the aircon unit didnt always work and when it did, it was too noisy, the shower didnt work and after asking 3 times for it to be fixed (no maintenance staff on duty over the weekend!), it got fixed on the day we were leaving - to be fair, they offered to change our room. There were rusty and black marks all over the bathroom fittings and exposed wiring.The all inclusive was not so inclusive. You have to be careful as they charge not only for alcoholic drinks but also for water and tea/coffee all at extortionate rate for Turkey - 350TL for a bottle of cheap fizz was just too much. The food was plentiful in the evening and very average in the morning, There was no wholemeal anything, no wholemeal bread, no hi-fibre breakfast. The mini bat had only 3 small bottles of water which of course was chargeable.There is a spa which was pleasant enough. We never managed to find the beach!The staff were very pleasant and attentive. WiFi did work. This hotel is near the centre where there are many nice restaurant and some shops. Overall, the hotel is in need of refreshing and refreshments - in line with all the other all-inclusive hotels.You may want to shop around.
