comfortable, & good, smiling & knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, they put a family with small children, ayah, etc, etc - very noisy. we did complain - the staff said they would move us - but being Senior Citizen's, & leaving the next day - we did not want to be inconvenienced.

Everything in the hotel was good. But we were not given the room we paid for online. We paid for a room with a view, but we were given a room without a window - looking into a mall..

This is one of the better hotels in Dehradun. Great service from all staff. Tasty breakfast buffet, with wide variety of foods. We hired a car through the front desk for a day tour of Mussourie. Minor complaint is only one device per room can connect to wifi simultaneously. Ask for a room with view of mountains.

Service is bad. No one cares. Finally I took my 2 bags myself to room.. no one listens after repeated reminders

A pleasant hotel close to Pacific mall, with good rooms and effective wifi in rooms.

Thier location is good but service is not good as per per expecation.They have degraded their service in comaprsion to their other branches in delhi and other locations. Reception staffs were not well behaved. Initally they had alloted me a lower category room and not as per my booking. I was not expecting this kind of beahviour from them.

Great stay at the Lemon Tree hotel! The place had 24 hr room service and the service was very good. Even during the middle of the night, the food we ordered was delicious and the service was quite prompt. All in all, great experience at the hotel - will recommend to anyone!

Reception staff needs to learn how to deal with people. There was some manipulation done to our feedback given on paper.

Unclean rooms. Had to change rooms 3 times. Fourth room finally was clean a bough to stay. At Rs. 6000+ you at least expect to be in a clean room.

Pathetic Hotel. Wifi is really slow. Drains dint work so bathroom flooded. They took 45 min to check us in because of incompetent staff. They dont have a parking or valley service.This is right next to 4 points. Just book that. Its 100x better. AVOID.

The rooms to stay in are the Valley View rooms. The Business Room 506 I stayed in had the view 60ft away of an unfinished 7 floor structure. Mercifully construction had come to a standstill for whatever reason, but in the evening the music from the Pacific Mall was loud and clear. The rooms were, however, very comfortable and clean with the exception that there was only one chair to sit. I was out most of the time so that wasn't a problem. The management should look into this as well replacing the wooden coat hangers which were coming apart.The Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to eat from and the staff everywhere were courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again but in the Valley View rooms.

We were appreciative that the hotel provides employment for people with hearing impairment.

Stay was nice and comfortable. Nice property. Excellent Service.

bedding is not comfortable,nice breakfast ,at the time of checkout staff was not available for luggage.

Rooms do not have AC with temperature control, you have to compromise with fan mode only. Booking details are not followed like extra bed etc. Bathrooms get filled with water. It was really disappointing

Transportation services are a total rip off. Don't trust anything the staff says about the car services.

Very good located, we could easily move in Dehradun and also to Old Rajpur in order to start a trekking to Mussoorie. It is possible to go directly shopping, because it is located in the Pacific shopping mall. Food was vey good, nice view to mussoorie from the terrace. The staff cares about silent on corridors in order to do not disturb other guests. Really nice hotel!
