This is NOT a BnB. It is a super upscale small boutique hotel. (that's a compliment) Mike and the staff are out of this world! The breakfast was nothing short of amazing. We had room 4 (ask for it when booking and pay whatever they ask) It was the best two days on our 2 week Ireland vacation. I cant rave enough. We did not do much in Galway as we had so many places we wanted to see in this part of the Emerald Isle. Thank you Mike and staff.

Very nice, spacious and updated room. High quality. Our room had a door to the outside area. The breakfast was amazing as I had read. The owner/chef even had little gourmet appetizer bites. He is a culinary artist! So fun!

Just two miles from downtown Galway. The breakfast was top notch and the room was larger than most.

Overnight stay in a pleasant area away from busy city center so great location if that is your thing. Friendly staff and delightful food!

We had a simple room that had what you need for a few nights stay, and the location was good for the price. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay. The breakfast area and presentation of the food was very good, and the omelette was quite delicious.

Simple and beautiful B&B with caring hosts. Excellent breakfast! Loved our stay here, and would highly recommend. Our only one feedback for improvement is that the shower water pressure was light. Otherwise 5/5 property!

Mike greeted me warmly. I had an upgraded room with a heating blanket! I put it to great use. It's about a 13 minute cab ride to city center. I woke expecting toast and butter. Instead, I had eggs Florentine with a cheddar biscuit, crudites and a pot of tea. Best breakfast I've had in ages. I rushed off to my cab for a shuttle and ferry extremely full and happy. Highly recommended. It's very quiet there, and that was great for me. Little chair and table outside my room if I cared to smoke. It was nice. Water pressure was great on the shower!

First off, let me just say that this is the first BnB I have ever stayed in. And I don't think I could have asked for a better introduction. The owner, Michael, was the most warm and gracious host anyone could ask for. Being from America and never traveling abroad before, I didn't know what to expect from the Irish in terms of hospitality and manners and everything. And now I see they basically have a trademark on politeness. Our rooms were clean and welcoming. And SO adorable! Toiletries, towels, a decanter of water, snacks, AND a mini fridge with sparkling water awaited us upon arrival. There didnt seem to be many other guests, as the place was quiet as a mouse. The property itself had very little out of place, and that was only because of upkeep and their dedication to keeping the place top notch. Michael was hard at work outside the next morning when we awoke, and when we came down for breakfast, he immediately began serving our every need. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I overestimated my hunger by ordering the full Irish and needing my fiance to help me finish it, and even between the two of us we couldn't. Five stars across the board. And if I ever find myself in Galway again, then I shall pass through these doors again knowing full well I will be well taken care of.

The host Michael was helpful when we had car trouble. The made to order breakfast was the best we’ve had in Ireland. The room was small but clean and comfortable. It was a short cab ride to city center. I’d definitely recommend a stay. It was an exceptional value!

Overall a very good experience - bed was super comfy . Hi tec hotel but at breakfast I would like to ‘see’ a menu rather than access via a QR code (which my bank has advised not to use) . The breakfast however was really tasty .

Great property…bed linens and towels are luxurious, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was fabulous food, very gourmet, with attentive staff and beautiful presentation.
