My stay was great

The front staff are friendly and the gym room was huge. The breakfast area puts breakfast for the entire hotel population all trying to eat in a 1 sq meter area and only puts out 2 omelets, sandwiches, or egg bowls at a time. It took over an hour to get a coffee and sandwich!! The glasses in our room had lipstick on them, so I couldn’t get coffee from my room either.

Staff was great, very welcoming. Nice facility but had no hot water in the unit.

Our family has a nice time staying here. I wish the hotel could provide stool for the kids to use the bathroom sink, which obviously a lot of resorts don’t.. Everything else is nice.

The shower floor in bath rooms shower and the floor it was slippary i had to put towel down to keep from falling maybe you can a mat in the shower for seniors it was very slippary other than we love it had a great time a. Thank you

The staff were very helpful when we forgot an item at the hotel and they helped ship it back home to us! Appreciated that!

The staff was professional and respectful. The rooms were well ventilated and spacious, equipped with a mini kitchen. The ceiling appeared that there was mold previously but there were no odd smells or anything to suggest that mold currently exists. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

There were roaches everywhere! We could not stay and wouldn’t dare to eat there!

Dryer wasn’t working properly and the young lady on the desk was so responsive / taking my wet clothes and drying them in hotel dryer ! She worked tirelessly to be sure I was accommodated !

This was the first time in a couple of years i caught a decent price to stay there. And the ice machine on the upper floors, still not working so i had to go all the way to the fisrt floor. C,'mon guys, please fo better!

Large rooms with plenty of space for my family of 3 in a king room with couch and kitchenette.

The room has cheap perfume smell all the time, very unpleasant.

The property common areas and rooms show signs of wear and a lack of maintenance. The lobby seating area had multiple stains on the seat cushions, the hallway walls leading to our room were all marked up from from luggage and carts. The hallway also didn't smell clean and had a unusual odor. Our room was clean overall but the bathroom shower and tub fixtures were all loose. Upon check in, the staff was okay, but didn't seem very enthusiastic for arriving guests. We would probably look elsewhere if we were in the area agian

The staff was not very happy or pleasant… not rude, just kinda there. There was a leak in our room that my husband went down to inform them about, all they said was “oh wow another one”

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Pleasantly surprised to get towels and room cleaning each day. “Free” breakfast, quick check-in, just up the road from Robert Is Here.

Easy access to this hotel if you are traveling To the keys and convenient restaurants aside it. Clean, quiet, friendly staff….would definitely stay again

Had to complain 3 times about toilet not working properly. On the third time one individual who identified himself as a manager took exception, got in my personal space and acted like he was going to assault me. Another individual who identified himself as a General manager appeared and took charge, situation was resolved. I have never had a hotel employee get aggressive in this way. Will have reservations before booking another Hilton property.

We have stayed here a few times on our way to the Keys. Comfortable and well appointed. Great breakfast.

It was quiet and the staff was nice. Room was ready early.

The hotel is upper mid range. The room was clean. The kitchen is a bit misleading as you don’t have a way to cook other than a microwave. You can get a cooktop and pans from the desk. The room is sufficient and it is nice to be able to pull the curtain to separate the bed from the sofa. The breakfast is on the low end of options. It was the same every day and no fresh fruit ever.

Place was clean. Room was a studio king and was very clean and spacious. Hot breakfast was breakfast sandwhiches and cheese omlets, both were terrible so we mostly had yogurt and cereal. We stayed 1 night on our way to southern Florida with our kids and we plan to go into the pool after a long drive. We bring the kids to swim and after they get in for a couple mins, we are told by staff the pool closes at 8pm. Which it is already 8p at that time. We point out that the 2 signs located there at the pool, the property listing on Expedia, and also the hotels website ALL say it closes at 10pm. We are told that the management has changed the time to 8pm. For a family checking in, unpacking, finding dinner in the area, etc. Closing at 8pm doesn't give you much time to swim and at the very least the updated closing time should have been reflected in 1 of those 4 posted areas. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool that would be open late for the kids to enjoy a nice swim after a long car ride. Management should accurately reflect what they offer and what time these offerings are available, otherwise it's false advertising.

Short distance from Everglades entrance and key largo.

I think this hotel is in the best location for traveling to major tourist destinations such as Key West and Everglades National Park. Another advantage is that convenience facilities such as outlets, Starbucks, and Walmart are located close to the hotel.
