My room had a dirty smell. It did not look like the carpet had been swept. Then I found a dirty men’s sock on the floor near my bed. I went out to the pool the guests in there had filthy mouths listening to offensive music and the pool was nasty. Pool was dirty dirty. Also the game remained unlocked at night to the pool. There also was no other furniture to sit on outside than at the pool. Then the breakfast was not even sub par. They had toppings for oatmeal but no oatmeal. Canadian bacon was cold and nasty eggs. Definitely not work the money stay next door at best western or holiday inn express I have stayed at both and both are superior to this more expensive property. When I checked out I could not find a front desk person or manager around to talk with them about my stay. Nasty only good thing was second shift FD person named Victor

Nice property. The breakfast is lacking. There is a nightly charge for parking, which I have not seen at other properties in the area. In addition, there is a $50 pre-authorization at check-in. I was told it is for incidentals; however, there is nothing at the hotel to buy.

Very clean spacious and convenient

Disappointed-our room did not get made up after the first day. Shower drain did not drain so water went all over bathroom floor, there was no body wash in the shower, no conditioner in the shower. Very disappointed in the room.

Very happy with this except oaying to park. Lots of parking for truck/boat. Pay parking!!! Great breakfast. Nice pool.

Excellent new hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Hot and cold selections. Nice shower and products. Lots of fee parking. The only issue was that the hotel had no WiFi, a problem with the internet, which was rectified in the morning. Recommend.

Overall we just love this Fairfield.

The hotel itself was very nice, the only complaint I have was the breakfast. We cam down with well over 1hrs of breakfast time left and the eggs had run out and were replaced with meat. I asked if they will be making more eggs (we are vegetarian) and they said no. The other options were eggo style waffles that were soggy for me and hard when my husband got some a bit later, kids cereals and bread. For coffee you only had the choice between decaf and dark roast. Overall, the breakfast was very disappointing and not what we are used to from this chain.

Both mattresses in my room were old and worn out with soft spots right where everyone sleeps and sits. New mattresses are desperately needed.
