Cute, clean, quiet motel, 5 mins from the beach/boardwalk! There is a super convenient light designated for this motel when exiting which makes it safe on the busy highway. Check in/out was easy. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend and stay here again! It was perfect for our family of 3 for 2 nights.

This property was close to the beach. It was quiet and clean. The TV didn't work, I should have asked to have them look at it, but really, I was out of the room exploring anyway. Very convenient. Got the hang of how to enter the parking lot and how to exit. Great price and exactly what I was looking for- not a lot of frills, just a comfortable sleep and coffee in the morning!

Excellent service and quality for the money. Only 10 to 15 minutes from Ocean City. Room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Room includes Toaster, Stove, Microwave, Small Fridge/Freezer. Plates, Cups, Kitchen Utensils Etc. Awesome and rare for a hotel to have this.

This family owned business is a winner! We always love to stay here because it’s all ground level. They are always pleasant and helpful.

Although our room was rather small, we had a comfortable stay. The air conditioner was more than sufficient for the room, in spite of the horrendous temperatures outside. In fact, we found ourselves turning it down a few times, and once even off completely for a little while! The room was very attractive, with well-appointed curtains and a fresh, pastel wall color that adds to the appearance. We knew the room would be basic, and that was no problem. More important to us was a good night’s sleep and a clean place to hang out when we weren’t on the go! The towels were quite plush, which is a welcome change to many smaller motels. The owners supply coffee and pastries from 8-11am weekdays under their holly tree, and 7:30-11am on Saturdays and Sundays. This is also unheard of, with most places clearing away their items by 9am. We appreciated the fact that they also had bananas and apples available. When we arrived, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the small, but very clean, refrigerator. The only things missing were a few plastic cups for drinking and/or brushing your teeth, and the Gideon Bible. We were especially relieved to see that there is a traffic light specifically for travelers to exit onto a busy road right at the Parkway! (To be honest, that was my only concern when booking the room!) All in all, we had a nice, comfortable stay, the room was quiet, and Ellie was very pleasant to talk with. We appreciated her earlier text to welcome us :) Thank you

First time staying here and it was great. Got into my room within minutes of arriving. Room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. Continental breakfast was awesome in the morning. Will definitely stay here again!

Great family owned hidden gem.

This is the cutest place ever. Rooms were clean and smelled great. Beds super comfy. If you don’t like thinner pillows I would bring another. The staff was so nice & friendly. I felt horrible for losing a key & breaking the do not disturb sign and they just smiled and told me it was okay. Family owned hotel which I would rather support than a big chain and we will definitely be going back!! Also, the early 1:00 check in and late 11 check out was a huge win for me!!

Very basic. 2 towels, 2 old pillows. No extra anything. No central heat but a tabletop space heater that did the trick. Floor icy cold. TV had the whole basic cable lineup. Curtain cut light outside. Window could be opened, which I appreciate. Near a Dunkin Donuts, CVS, and a Wawa. Ask for a phone number when getting your key, in case there is an issue (like with me after I hit the wrong button on the TV). No real 24/7 office. Quiet area but it’s off-season. I slept swell.

After a bad experience in another hotel, we were incredibly relieved to book here. The owners are super nice and the room was ridiculously clean and comfortable!

Staff was cordial and welcoming. Rooms were quaint, nice decor. Calm and relaxing location,and easy access to GS Parkway Would definitely stay here again. PS: Great soft fluffy towel!!

Boulevard Motel was exactly as advertised, a conveniently located, no frills motel with friendly service that was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about my stay. The staff went out of their way to give us some great dining recommendations and some must sees in the area, beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Love the history of this property and that it has been owned and manage by the same family for over 50 years.

Booked this place beacuse the reviews were decent. It could use an upgrade but nothing that we weren't expecting. The first night was fine with no issues. The second night as we laid in bed we noticed something crawling in the ceiling, it was a roach. My girlfriend and I got very little sleep as we were concerned about bugs getting into our luggage. When we check out the next morning I showed the staff member a picture of the smushed roach and that we were displeased. She replied "oh thats gross, thanks for letting us know" and walked away offering nothing even after I told her it took us 2 hours to go though all of our belingings so we didnt take any friends home, great location but if you stay in room 1 watch out for bugs.

Have stayed at the Boulevard annually well over a decade now and have been very pleased.Always very accommodating and the morning coffee and buns feature is very convenient. Highly recommend.

We walked into our room and the sheets were not washed and the room was in a wreck. It looked as if the staff didn’t even enter the room prior to us entering. It was about a 15 minute drive to the boardwalk and was convenient but just dirty.

No frills, but very comfortable. Desk would have been helpful for my purposes. Price a bit high for the type of motel and location, but everything's way too expensive near the Jersey shore. Better than staying in Ocean City, NJ, but not much cheaper. Continental breakfast outside a novelty. Cleaned room each day with new towels.

It was an easy checkin and check out. Gracious hosts provided tea/coffee/light breakfast in the common area. While close to the parkway, it was an easy quick drive into ocean city!

The staff were very friendly! The room was clean. Nice breakfast in the morning - small, but adequate.
