Good option for short stay

Hotel was mostly clean. There was some mold in the tub. It’s definitely quite old. Reserved a first floor room for a bad heart, they didn’t “get” the instruction. To summarize it provided the least expensive acceptable option to downtown Montréal.

Don’t stay there! Sleep in your car. Place was dirty, nothing worked right, we had booked 3 rooms I had to be move to another room because of how dirty it was, my grandpa had to help fix the jetted tub in his room, it kept coming on even know they didn’t use it. Double billed us had to get refunds. The s.ex workers were everywhere. Found old flip flops under the bed, blood on sheets. We had to call the cops to get the photocopy of are id back. We had booked for 3 days had to leave! Something really shady was going on there.

Good overall

We are staying one night. Checkin was easy and Adele was friendly. Hotel is clean and room was quiet. Kept in great shape but furnishings might need an update.

Saw a lot of negative reviews about this place. Wanted to have a look before booking. It's not a bad place. It's just most people who had a pleasant stay never bother to review a place. Also don't expect too much. We are getting what we paid for. Rooms are okay can't complain Parking is safe Convenience store mall and restaurants are at walking distance.

10/10 all around for a motel.

Convenient location.

Out of all the Motel options around this area. This one by far is the best. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

There wasn’t any outside noise at all during our stay

The room we booked when we arrived still had 2 hours until it was ready, it was a non-smoking. The room they moved us into must have been a smoking room because it absolutely reeked of cigarettes. The first night we went to the gas station and bought air freshener which made it worse. The smell was nauseating and made my boyfriend throw up. We checked out early and stayed in Ottawa the next night.

All was fine

When I get there, they didn’t give me the room I rented it was too late at night and I needed a room to sleep. They showed me the other room and they charged me more than $100 to let me. interesting thing is is they were asking me to pay cash if I wanna go to the room it was an obvious robbery

No hot water, walls are paper thin, stains everywhere and fridge has one leg and falls out!

The room was fine and clean”ish” the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. I asked if there was an ice machine on the premises and she relied “No” and turned around with her back to me instead of offering a possible place where I might get some. Not really good communicators at all. Borderline rude. Not friendly at all.

Cheap

We were given a room different (and much smaller) than the one I booked. I was lied to and told the rooms were all booked, and then made to be convinced that the room with the jacuzzi in the middle and the one with the tiny bath were the same, then offered the one i booked (with the jacuzzi) for a 60$ extra fee- after i was lied to and told the rooms were full. My argument that if they were the "same room" then they should cost the same went over their head and they then just went on to make up some other lie. Basically instead of admitting their mixup, they brushed me off because theyd already got my money and did not care for me to get what I actually booked, and just tried to swindle me out of more money and gaslight me into thinking that I was deluded and wrong. I am pregnant and in the middle of a ling road trip and needed a bath and it was the only reason I had booked this particular room, but they could not care less. I had a very angry, uncomfortable night where I felt robbed and made to feel stupid and small. The opposite of a good hospitality experience.

the room was clean. even facing the street, the room was quiet. staff were nice to deal with. would recommend and will stay again.

Toilet flush was partially broken. We managed it by hooking up the broken chain back. Blankets were smelling. Short of toilet paper supply.

Hotel is older, but very clean. Room is huge with fridge and microwave. Person at reception very friendly. Lots of convenient restaurants within walking distance.

Unclean and dirty

This motel is 20mins away from downtown core by car. For the price you paid. This is a quite a good deal. I saw some critics about the room’s functionality, bedsheet, bathroom and so forth. I was skeptical. The room has all the basics and the bedsheet were cleaned. Compared to other motels, hotels I have been in Canada, whoever does the cleaning, that person does the job very well every day. The bath tub, bath towels probably need some cosmetic upgrade but again, I can’t complain for the good price paid.

You will get what you’re paid for. Like dirty bed sheets.

The property was in a good area close to everything you would need within walking distance

Very much a 3 star place. No real shower in the room. Only one pillow per person. Relatively clean but I feel like it should be bare minimum? Front counter not super friendly but efficient so that’s fine. Personal sad note: no decaf coffee for late night warm drink.

Near the marina

Upon arrival the registration clerk requested my drivers licence and proceeded to photocopy it. I was not happy about this and expressed my concern but I was advised that it was their registration procedure. When checking out I requested the copy back as I was not comfortable leaving a copy of my licence with a lot of my personal information including but not limited to my signature, date of birth and licence number. The morning clerk though he understood my concerns could not give me back the copy so I requested a pen and blacked out all information other than my picture and address. I do not believe that Expedia agrees with this procedure and should remove this hotel from their listing of hotels in the Brossard Quebec area.

Great stay

Do not stay at this hotel. The guest in front of me kept coming back to the front desk saying he wanted a different room as each room he went to wasn’t made and it was dirty. After doing this 4-5 times the receptionist told him there are no more rooms. Needless to say I did not get a room which is fine because I wasn’t going to stay there.
