In my opinion it's a bit overpriced for what it offers. The "included" breakfast is not even continental, does not have toasts just small pastries and some fruits. I would not recommend it... would not go back.

Location, Quality of the accommodations. breakfast was great. the pool area was very clean and well set up. Just a wonderful stay. there was only one luggage buggy for the whole hotel. they might want to invest in several more.

Hotel needs to be refurbished

One night stay July 2024. Great location across from the lake, nice hot tub, pool and exercise room. Quiet, clean, comfortable, healthy breakfast, free parking. Big thumbs up from me.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was awesome.

While the physical aspects of the property could use some work, nothing major, the place was very clean, welcoming, bright & the staff were friendly but not bothersome. I loved the easy access to the thermal experience, although more information about this would be helpful for guests. My biggest complaint is the lack of details available online & onsite regarding - the thermal experience, check out, opting out of room cleaning, breakfast & internet access. All of these questions were easily answered by the nice lady at the counter but I would prefer having them somewhere I could easily find without having to go ask. We got the most basic room, 2 double beds on the ground floor. It’s quite small & the bathroom is very small. We didn’t have any issues but someone that is larger or has a lot of things may want a larger room. Having the 2 hot tubs, a dry & wet sauna, the regular pool & the spa showers all right there & available all day, for no extra cost was awesome! (I do wish there was better/any information regarding the hot tub use..if I had been alone I wouldn’t have been able to open it & close it. But also, maybe it’s okay to leave it open…not sure since there were no instructions.) Either way it was super nice after hiking all day. The view includes a wildlife refuge marsh. And across the street you can catch a beautiful sunset on the lake.

The hotel was wonderful, the access to the water, the room & staff. It was great sitting on the balcony in the evening. Also, what a wonderful breakfast too!

The installation near by the lake wasn’t clean and not friendly for a stay!

The staff was excellent and parking was easy. However, the restaurant was closed and we were not contacted to announce this (there are no restaurants in walking distance), the fireplace was not working, bad toilet flushing, the breakfast ran out of plates and no cereal, broken lamp, TV too small and less channels than advertised.

The hotel was clean but the rooms are very basic and univiting. The grounds around the hotel are overgrown and not kept up. The breakfast was sparse, basically croissants and hard boiled eggs. No tea, only coffee. Since there don't seem to be many choices in the area, the hotel is fine fore a night.

Beautiful lakeside property and friendly helpful staff. Outstanding Chef and superb dinner at private event in May.

This was a perfect stopover on my way to Maine. The bed was super comfortable and everything else about my stay was great. This hotel is a hidden gem.

The breakfast is excellent. It includes freshly baked pastries, coffee/tea, cheese, yogurt, fruits, cereals, muffins, and boiled eggs. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

Had a relaxing stay here in early March while volunteering for an animal sanctuary nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The spa services are very nice, new and clean. The bed was deliciously comfortable! The cleaning staff are super friendly. I was surprised the breakfast didn't start until 8 because most hotels are earlier. I assumed 6 or 7 when I booked, so maybe that's my bad for not calling or inquiring, but it's a main reason I booked here, as was the restaurant. I had to leave at 7:30 every day so couldn't take advantage. Sadly, the restaurant was not open at all for dinner while I was there, despite saying so online and having the menu in the elevator. It is a major reason I chose this hotel because I wanted to be able to eat somewhere close while I was working, so that was a bummer. I am also hearing impaired and there is no closed-captioned option available on the TV (it is locked out) - which would have been helpful. So, I watched Netflix on my iPad. Overall, a very nice stay and comfortable. If you're simply looking for a place to sleep/stay, it's perfect. Personally, I booked here for the breakfast/restaurant option and neither worked for me so I'd probably reconsider for when I come back.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Room was a bit cold. Really enjoyed the steam room and outdoor jacuzzi. Delicious fresh pastries included with continental breakfast.

It was great,what more do you want,okay I had a little difficulty in getting the temp up, but that's my fault for not thinking. Would be a nice place in the Summer, with the Lake close by.
