Cleanly nice!!

The room appeared clean. But it smelled like mildew. The carpets were stained with bleach. Listing says soundproof but we could hear kids screaming in the room next door. Pool is very small and always very busy.

I have stayed here before and will again in the near future! Enjoyed my stay

The hotel and staff were great...and, the breakfast was first class. However, as I read in some earlier reviews, the pool was closed due to "chemical imbalances"...because "some guests used it". If the pool is going to be chronically unusable, it should not be listed in the amenities. Aside from that, the hotel got a perfect score. I would stay there again.

Cheyenne was so polite and helpful at check in. Answered all my questions. She was also there when I checked out the night before my original plan. She explained what would happen, when/how I would get my receipt and wished me safe travels home. The location was convenient to gas, food and stores yet tucked away enough to be quiet and offer a nice nights sleep.

The facility is lovely. The breakfast was very low-average. The pool was nice, but they filled in the hot tub. I was looking forward to that.

Quiet and easy checkin

We booked this hotel with a family wedding in mind. So, many groups of people stayed at this hotel and we used a conference room for our rehearsal dinner. Every aspect was wonderful and the staff was always helpful.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Everything is clean and very presentable. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I get it a thumbs up. Pool was great!!

My son was unable to stay at the hotel because of his age. I spoke with someone about the reservation and was told that it would not be a problem. When my son arrived at the property, the lady was beyond rude.

Our air conditioning in our room did not work, and our shower handle would not stay in place for hot water, we either had to have the other person hold their arm in the shower while the opposite person showered or we tried propping it with a towel.

Located in a nice area, safe and quiet. Staff was very nice as was the property.

This hotel was close to an event I attended. The room was adequate and clean. Breakfast We had got that woman’s name that was running in the breakfast was well stocked and attended by a efficient employee with a great attitude.

Got in at 11:30 after flying all day to find they ran out of rooms. Nothing near by. They sent us 13 miles away on a toll road. Only had one bed not 2 and no sheets for the sofa. That room wreaked of dirty dog. Moved to another room. I want a refund!!

Bed was comfy. Check in was easy. Clerk was very pleasant.

When we got there, the first room we were offered had ants EVERYWHERE. We were changed to a different room and it was better. Next morning for breakfast, the milk carton I opened was spoiled…like…chunks. The attendant didn’t even acknowledge it just made a rude comment about it being in date.

Very outdated hotel. Booked a suite. When we arrived for check-in our room still wasn't ready. They tried to offer a downgrade because it was still being cleaned? They weren't sold out so why was check in so long and they were unprepared? The room smelled stale, the furniture was in very poor condition. Torn, stained, worn out and it looked like they painted over defects themselves to avoid having thing done professionally. The tables in the sitting area of our room were rickety and the legs on the tables looked as if they collapse any second. Bedding was torn and worn out. They know better! Just throw it away and replace the linen!!! Breakfast was lack luster. Pancake machine produced undercooked pancakes, just unpleasant. Elevator made noises leaving you to pray you make it out! The lobby had the router taped to the wall. The internet is very weak in Glenpool. I do not recommend staying here. I'm unsure what hotel some of these other reviews area talking about. Very misleading.
