This place's ceiling needed building repairs, and their microwave had been opened and was not completely reclosed. breakfast was a bag with yogurt, a granola bar and pudding. They did not want to be cleaning because apparently. that was done by the front desk person so that's. why you get the "grab and go bag" breakfast. Also be ready to have to return to the front due to bad key programming.

It was rundown, no smoke detector, couldn't use tv because of dead batteries in remote and coffee cups but no coffee maker.

The hotel was very dirty. The floor was coming apart, and it was full of cockroaches. We left immediately and booked a different hotel.

The advertisement of the lowest rate got me to make the reservation. You get what you pay for. It’s an older building which isn’t all that bad, but it needs remodeling. The owner parks his Mercedes in the No Parking space in the front near the entrance. The parking lot is in bad shape and needs resurfacing and restriping. The nicest thing about the hotel is the 4-screen TV in the lobby. The stairs to the second floor are steep and cracking. Somewhat hazardous. The room smelled like my grandmothers house, old and musty. The room wasn’t very clean. There was no hot water during my stay. Melatonin helped me overcome the uncomfortable mattress. There were bedbugs in the bed- didn’t discover that until the next morning. The room was non-refundable or I would have left when I smelled the room and went to the Holiday Inn Express (+ $60) or the Casino hotel (+$200). In retrospect, I should have done that anyway. The advertised breakfast is a grab bag. The cannabis shop and the dive bar next door must mean a high profit margin for the hotel. Clearly, the owners care more about their profits than running a nice hotel. This place is a dump, unless you like cold water, bedbugs, and a sketchy neighborhood. Pay the few extra bucks and stay at a reputable hotel. Avoid this place. The savings isn’t worth it. I should have stayed at the casino at $269 on a Saturday. Would have been a much better experience.

Drove over eleven hours to get there and once I arrived I was informed that they had no hot water. Tried to make other arrangements but everything was already booked in the area.

Hallways were not AC they had the doors open on the ends and it was hotter in there than outside. My shower head didn’t work hardly at all, my room key didn’t work then the lock went dead had to walk the hot halls all the way back up front 4 different times. Comforter had burn marks all over it.

Room was too hot, a/c old noisy and not effectiv. Waterpower not existent. Overall no recommendation. Even at a rate of 70 USD not worth it

The only thing positive that I can say is the front desk agent has the best customer service. Other than that there was a water leak under the sink the room was sweltering hot like a sauna with the window up there was no shower curtain and the toilet did not flush properly. Requested a late check out he gave me 30 minutes at no cost I wouldn't advise anyone rent this place until they do a major upgrading overhaul also there is no breakfast

This was my worst hotel experience ever. Took forever to check in and the receptionist was very rude, didn’t have most of the accommodations they said they would, property wasn’t taken care of at all, the lobby and halls were extremely hot, and there were roaches everywhere. The roach problem was so bad we had to quickly eat any food we brought to the room and anytime we picked something up off the floor they would scatter. The comforter had spots sewn back together and the whole room had a weird smell. I could also see smoke stains on the wall even though we were in a non smoking room. We were honestly afraid to leave anything valuable in the room while we were gone and the room had a safe but it didn’t work. Not a good experience at all. The only good thing about this place was the location.

Room was not really clean. Outdated. Refrigerator door scratched and rusty. Carpet torn in room and halls. Lobby filled with sickeningly sweet smell mingled with cigarette smell.

WiFi works only close to lobby, fraudently tells people online that they serve breakfast when they don’t anymore. Didn’t clean the floor of my room properly. Blankets in bed had burnt holes. Other than that it was fine. Major issues that need to be fixed.

My husband and I stayed here for the convenience of being close to the casino. While the desk staff were very friendly, the hotel smells like mildew in the hallway and in our room. There was a dirty washcloth hanging from our shower curtain. The blanket on our bed had a burn mark.

Pros: staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is affordable and close to everything I needed. The bed was nicely made and clean. Its a hard bed so that depends on your preference. I liked it, my husband didn't. Plenty of pillows. Cox cable is provided. Cons: I used to work housekeeping when i was 18 so I look for certain things. There wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper, no kleenex in the container, the bath mat was either incredibly stained or dirty. There was a chunk of hair behind the bathroom door. The carpet needs steam cleaned. Coffee for only one person and only one coffee cup. The room was hot. Just a suggestion, if someone has reserved a room in advance i would assign them a room and turn on the air in the summer or heat in the winter so its ready. No wash clothes or hand towels. We had two regular towels to shower with but nothing extra to dry our hands on after washing them. No extra soap to wash our hands with. No extra room chairs to sit in, only the bed. It does not look like the pictures. There is a bar and weed shop connected to it.

Hotel needs a complete make over. Rooms are horrible.

Waited 2 hour for check in, their system was down. Elevator was dirty, floors and tables dirty, plug-ins were dirty, headboards dirty, and found bed bugs on the pillows! All of it was horrible!

It just felt unsafe upon arrival. We were booked for a two night stay. We only stayed one night.

The building was very humid, smelled strong of pot, had large amounts of maintenance issues. The front desk has a sign warning about not being responsible due to loss due to forced entry into rooms. Once I got to my room I found it in disrepair with paint peeling all over. AC did not work well but did get fixed second day. Fridge gasket torn and broken causing water to leak all over floor and onto the power cord for the fridge. Smoke detector in room next to me beeping every minute and reported it and maintenance could not find it so I reported it to the front desk again 10 hours later when I returned to the room and it was still not fixed.12 hours later when it was still not fixed the woman at the front desk just climbed up and disconnected it from the wall and left with it as she said she didn't have any batteries. The outlet next to my bed was a metal outlet box that was outside the wall that could be wiggled around by the wires. The reviews giving 3 stars and above must be fake!!!

Stop. Turnaround. Leave. I knew upon entering this was going to be bad - the smell was overwhelming. But when I opened my room I had to turn around and check out. There was a stain on the blanket, mold around the tub and entry way, and the furniture looked like it had been involved in a brawl. They would not issue a refund - and Expedia said this property has a very strict cancel policy. I can understand why. I also understood the crack head issue as I saw a sign “low weekly rates” as I was leaving.

Avoid this hotel. Do NOT stay here. Terrible , unsafe hotel. And after 3 days they still have not refunded the excessive 150 incidentals fee

Quiet and convenient.

It’s an affordable bed and shower if you’re passing through. There’s a dive beer adjacent to the property which is convenient for relaxing before going to bed.

Upon walking in, the entire hotel smells like cologne trying to cover up the small of smoke and mold. Checked in and within a hour found fleas jumping on the bed in additions to stained sheets and blankets with cigarette burns and holes. The sink also leaked so bad that if you turned it on for 3 seconds water was leaking onto the counter and spilling onto the floor. When we tried to check out and get a refund, we were told the manager was not there and the only one who could issue a refund. When we came back the next morning we were met with dodgy staff who told us the manager wasn’t here when in fact he was and I was only able to speak to him after I pointed it out. The only form of compensation was an extra day at their hotel (which I wouldn’t have used even if I could). We had booked a non refundable room, but I paid for a room without a health hazard of fleas. We just wanted our money back and to leave. After saying they couldn’t give us a refund because we book through a third party, we left. The 3rd party was all for getting us a refund due to the conditions, but was told by the same staff that we had STAYED THE NIGHT and therefore they couldn’t approve the refund when we expressed we wanted to cancel our booking and get a refund the night before and had not stepped food in the hotel since. Overall it was an awful experience, never come to this hotel.

Room was horrible toilet loose and leaking on floor shower curtain had black mold. 2 big foot holes in the shower wall TV was bad. Open light fixtures without fluorescent lights. No toilet paper. And the whole place smelled extremely musty of water damage. Window to outside was broken with shards of glass. Only one set of towels for 2 people and no wash cloth.

The property is in very bad shape, many things in the room are broken. I had to move from the first room because even the lock on the door was not functioning correctly. The linens were stained and none of the electrical plugs had covers or were functioning properly. The breakfast is just coffee and old cereal. Definitely the worst place I've ever stayed
