I felt cheated by the claim there is the fully equipped kitchen. There is no knife, no chopping board, no detergent, no cleaning cloth, no scoring/sponge to wash up, no tea towel, no drying cloth. I cannot cook at all. I asked for cleaning pad/cloth and was told to us face tissue to clean the frying pan. What a joke. I chose the hotel because I needed the kitchen for special diet preparation. The floor of the bedroom had 1 cm gaps between plastic floor board and I can see and smell rotting materials underneath them. The central air-con provided us with free cigarette smoke! It was very uncomfortable. The air-cond in the bedroom side was so noisy that we had to turn it off when we sleep. The traffic noise kept us up until late at night when we are at the 13th Floor. The gym at the roof level has no air-cond and is that meant to be usable? I would not go into the pool which is not that clear and the noise of the pump next to it is loud. Last but not least is the terrible terrible terrible breakfast. It is vegetarian. I asked for an egg and was told I need to pay RM2 for it. Hotel receptionist is not good in English/helpful . There are only 2 seats neat the lift lobby from which one cannot see the entrance of the hotel. There is no lobby or seats for guests to wait for the car/grab. All in all, it is like a cheap motel with things which were meant not to work. I regretted choosing it. It is probably the worst hotel I stayed ever in the far east.

Reception staffs were very helpful and polite in answering our enquiries. They provide prompt response to our room services request.Hotel room beds were clean, tidy and comfortable. Hotel room with open kitchen and cooking utensils which good for self cooking. But the hotel room refrigerator electricity supply shall be cutoff automatically after guest leave the room. Hence the refrigerator is not suitable for storing food not consume immediately.Hotel room tea bags not daily refilled after used up. Kitchen table and associated kitchen sink not clean up daily.Wide variety and tasty breakfast. Dinning area was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom sink was leaking, and water flow into living room, towel also unavailable until 3rd times i ask from counter..

Great food and great service. We had breakfast there everyday, and a few lunches and dinners as well. They were all very well cooked and absolutely delicious at a good price.

The pool and upstairs area was nice, and the view from our room was great. However we had a dripping air conditioner which did eventually get sorted, and the room was very cold. We couldn't adjust the aircon from anything above freezing.

It’s just great to be back in Borneo..I love it..kk is very nice place to start from and sky Hotel is very comfortable clean handy with great staff to boot ..a lot better rooms than the Hyatt Regency that I stayed at last time yet is way more expensive and dated..imo

Stayed in so many hotels around the world. From a one star to five stars hotels, it do not matter if you, yourself feel comfortable. But, this place, this is truly 'sh.t'. I flew all the from UK to spend time with the ' apple of my eye' and to arrange our marrige. I grew up here but was born in UK. So i know this place very well. Privacy, cleanliness, friendly staff is crucial in any establishment. I am afraid, one will find none in this hotel. Sad to see, my own kind, in such shameful ways. Booked for five nights, but checked out in two. I cloud'nt even be bothered about a refund. Would like to say more, but.........let them bring thier own downfall.

Nice hotel and good location but hotel restaurant food can be improve. Should start breakfast buffet time earlier as some hotel stayer like me need to eat early before our trip to climb mount KK.Good location of hotel as near imago shopping within 10 mins walk and nice view of room window panel of the city scenery.

Good value in Kota Kinabalu. Vegetarian buffet supposed to open at 7am but really not everything was out until 7:45. This is irritating when you are supposed to be picked up at 7:30 for a tour and don't get to enjoy the breakfast.

Quite a new hotel with a reasonable price

Pool was great, but quite small. After long hot day It was very refressing and kid loved it. Room was spacious and nice. Breakrast was more than ok, asian style and olso some western quisine. We kindly recomenned this hotel.

Nice place but be aware the dinung on site is vegetarian only. Wonderful staff!! Only criticism is the carpeting in the hallways need to be replaced. Badly stained and dirty. Room was very clean however.

I lose my stuff in my room,during our breakfast, I have a report to reception, unexpected the house keeping who clean my room knock my door,tell me that she didn't took my money! What the attitude they are? not suitable for hospitality industry. Location of this hotel is out of city and nothing nearby. The only good thing is this hotel got 2 or 3 bedroom suite with big living area. Suitable for family and small group.

Nice hotel, the room is big and comfortable to stay, this is my second time to stay here actually. Staffs are nice and that's the reason we back again :)

The service and the view is good,But the pillow and the bed is too hard for me,i couldn't sleep at all
