The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ceiling fan couldn’t be used because the blades need to be cleaned - so there air didn’t circulate in the room. And, there is no regulator on the shower so the water can get scalding hot.

It's the only hotel out of the 11 I've stayed in 2024 that did not have a cup of coffee in the morning.
Although the upkeep is average, the 1950s motel is run down, literally falling apart, and the owners don't seem motivated to update any of it.
One major feature they advertise is an outdoor pool, yet it was locked up the entire weekend I was there.
I tried calling the front desk to ask about it, and even with an almost full vacancy, no one answers the phone.
Not a place I'd ever recommend.

Property is clean but needs some minor fixing like pain, tiles placement. Maintenance very responsive. Location 30 min from Montreal. 5 min from various Parks and Chambly Canal where you can walk, run, bike. Tim Hortons and gas station near by.

Good basic accommodation. They called me while on my way to let me know my room would be ready when I got there. My credit card receipt was in the room so I knew the total cost. Overall a very efficient approach.

This place was absolutely horrible.
Room stunk of smoke and mold.
Mold in the washrooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows.
The whole place is falling apart and just plain disgusting.

The building itself needs upkeep and repair. Cleaning as well.
Grass was long which made going out to the water uncomfortable. Maybe trees trimmed would help with the view.

The room had dirty doors, the doors to the patio were filthy, didn't work properly (room36) and had spiderweb. The AC unit, a portable one was loud and cooled just a little bit, created a puddle of water in the room. The bathroom was clean, but only had 1 towel, reservation was for 4 people. Overall feeling was not good. But we only stayed 1 night, due to lack of options in the area.

Stayed here for the 2024 eclipse with my wife. Good, basic accommodations. Yes, there are signs of wear but those were cosmetic. The two people I met on staff were EAGER to help with any issue we had (there'd clearly been a smoker in the non-smoking room we'd been assigned) and even loaned us a pair of chairs to take to a local park for the eclipse. This was an amazing value for the price!

The Motel is right next to the river so you can get a nice view of it. The interior of the rooms are very nice and homey. The outside is very nice and quiet. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Overall, this spot was above average for a motel. We arrived at night and the hosts left voicemail instructions on entry. The room was spacious and clean, with new floors. The beds were comfortable and it had a small two person table. Wish the decor was modern, but was good for our 1 night stay on our long drive.

Really nice place overall. Almost like a tiny resort spot close to Montreal.
It's a bit run down both inside the rooms and outside, however, the owners seem to keep things in very good shape for the age of the place.
They had a pool outside that was perfect for a late swim after a long day at the function I was there for, and it seemed to be the most updated part of the facility.
The one major complaint is they did not have coffee in the rooms, which is almost unheard of in the motel industry. Really a bad move on their part.
Regardless, it was convenient for why I was there, and a place I'd return to you.
