Check in took 1.5 hours, cleaning guy was at the front desk for after 11 checkin, he had no idea how to use a computer. Normal desk guy was asleep in one of the rooms, or so i could figure out. They finally found him and i checked in, after telling him i was not impressed he basically said too bad. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The room are dated and in need of up-dating

An average stay, nothing that stuck out. Lots of amenities close buy.

Pool was closed, nothing on their website. Hallway walls looked like they were flooded so they made an attempt to slap some boards over them. Toilet was pushed so far back and under a counter, if you were sitting, you HAD to lean way forward. I will say tho, the Thai restaurant was money!!!!

Loved the free breakfast. Glad it wasnt just a continental breakfast. Big surprise seeing that. Iys little things like that that make a difference

Check-in is very slow. There was only 2 guests in front of me and I wait for 30 minutes. My check-in took more than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why! The concierge found the reservation from Expedia right away and still was very slow to get the keys. Try to arrive early if you have an appointment.

We would stay at this location again! Comfortable bed, basic amenities, very clean, and excellent breakfast buffet.

When we arrived there, they informed us that they had no available room, even though we had made reservations. However, the staff member tried to find a solution for us, but with certain conditions. Eventually, they changed my room three times in five days due to overbooking. Unfortunately, the last room they provided was located next to a mechanical room with lots noise, the last night I did not even go there, I went to my friends house

Room was in need of a good clean. Blackout curtains were falling off. Hot water in bathroom sink didn’t work and cold water came out like Niagara Falls. Patch work (putty) on the walls. Free breakfast edible. Thai restaurant good but pricey.

Had problems with pass key not working.

Older hotel that needs updated and certain areas of the room wasn’t clean to my liking. Pillows and bed wasn’t so comfortable.

only problem was one clerk working checkins and process was slow. They need more desk help at peak times.

Water fossets needs to be changed , I burned myself trying to shut the water off .. couldn’t plug anything in the bathroom electricity didn’t work ..

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely nice. Free parking was great. Room had a mini fridge. However, the bathroom was a bit outdated, and the room had an old, but clean carpet. Too bad they haven’t updated to the laminate floors. In all, I would stay there again.

bathroom floor was not clean, and support/box spring on one side of a box spring or mattress support was broken. Hotel was also selected for use of it's pool, and the pool was in a "period of maintenance".

friendly staff, nice room. only problem was bathroom door would not shut correctly, my friend got stuck in the bathroom. but other then that, great place to stay

I couldn't close the bathroom door, the door had issue, the drain in the bath tab was blocked and wasn't clean, for the next day was no service in my room, there was breakfast without tea.

Washroom was not wheelchair accessible

The hotel is decent and the staffs are very friendly and professional. The rooms just need some repairs though, for example the towel hanger was broken and wasn’t repaired before allowing guests stay in the room.

It's very good hotel. very comfortable bed and very clean. We had very nice stay. We arrived early like 9:30 am and the hotel staff let us checked in early. Very nice and friendly staff. Will come back again. highly recommend to anyone.
