I have been here so many times over the years. This hotel never failed me. Will keep returning.

I was upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious and nothing to complain about. However I was very disappointed at the hotel management and staff for their dishonesty. They provided 2 little bottle of water for free in the room, and two big bottles of water with charge. However, there were 4 middle size of water that were not marked with price or listed in the bar menu. I took them and thought they were free. When I checked out, the front desk told me the water was not free. In addition, they requested me to pay for the laundry bag I took from the room, which no price was marked for. The front desk said “ I know there were no prices listed, but you must pay for them.” Even though the hotel is cheap as 4 star hotel, there are many hidden charges that the hotel is trying to take advantages of their guests, which reflects how lack of honesty and integrity of this hotel.

Good experience of stay.

The room has a bad stench on entrance, constant disconnection to network of television, dusty room reeking of cigarette smell and bad attitude of receptionists to top it off. Thankfully the hotel is located on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh to obtain its high commendations as compared to the surrounding accomodations, else it deserves no more than a 4 star.

Problem in check out not using reserve from the credit card which they actually charged . Hotel little bit old but generally ok I would stay again for business and price reasonable .

The location is good for business trip around there but not for leisure trip. There is a shopping mall beside, it's good for quick meals and shopping. The surrounding is not that good, not recommend foreigners walk around. The room facility is a bit over and too luxury for business travel guest; even no place for work, please see the pictures. The staffs there can speak English, nice and good! The Chinese dishes there are acceptable in my opinion.

Location was great. It’s a beautiful property or could be a beautiful property. It’s just too run down with poor management, not fitting to be a 5 star hotel. The hallway carpet was dark, dirty, old, and smelly. Evidence of smoking was everywhere despite signs saying “no smoking “. The beds were hard and pillows were crummy. The bathroom was small with old shower curtain, although we had a room looking out to the pool. It felt like they didn’t keep the building cool enough with air conditioner. Breakfast was so so as I didn’t think they served good quality food. This is supposed to be the best hotel in Binh Duong. Well, we will go to BD regularly for business. Perhaps we will stay at Becamex hotel in the new city Bình Duong.

A good hotel in Bing Duong, everything is good, only two shortfall 1. they allow visitors and guests to smoke in the lobby.... cannot accept this 2. breakfast area is relatively smaller

Room is comfortable. Hotels staffs are nice and helpful. It is good for a business stay.

On sat August 11 at 11-12 pm reception staffs all standing (4-5 staffs) but even did not asked if I need to check in or not. I had to wait in lobby while those staff girls chat with other male Chinese or Korean customers. They ignored me for more than 20 minutes. At checked out I already paid the whole packet with 2 adults and 1 child with Expedia (included exta guest fee $25.45) . However , on August 12 around 10 am, at check out, They charged me 450000dong for the child . I told them I already paid to Expedia . The manager (Trung )had to fix the bill. This was bad service of this 5 stars hotel.

the up and side light were not bright enough, especially difficult in working in the room.

The stay eas gpod, breakfast excellent. I was “taken back” when the front desk clerk said he needed us (US-Vietnamse couple) to show a marriage license, but later abandonedthat ridiculous request.

Hotel is located few steps from Big C. Facilities like pool, sauna and gym.

its good for staying at the hotel . but its too far from the city.it cost 500,000 vad for one way of taxi. and it took 1hr to city from the hotel.

SOME staff members of this hotel strictly enforce the old, out-dated, rules that an expatriate CANNOT stay in the same room with a Vietnamese of different sex. I went there to visit my older sister, I didn't want to stay at her home, and they would not allow her to stay in my room which had 2 beds without a marriage license. Wake up, people!!!
