Staff are nice and courteous. Free breakfast was good. TV wasn't working in my room but they fixed it right away. I like the real slippers they put in not the disposable one at least I can wear it going for breakfast. They have little ref and water heater. Bed is comfy and shower water heater was working so good. Plus free shuttle bus going airport. Overall satisfied for my 2 nights stay. Highly recommend.

Spend the extra ten dollars and get a room that is not facing the Main Street. I could not sleep the first night due to the noise. Second night slept like a baby is a room off the street.

In a pinch this place helped us out a lot They have a shuttle service every couple of hours and we're sure to take care of us and keep us on time to Mactan as our flight turned around for wildfires and we were rescheduled. Aircon is cold and shower is nice. Property is an interesting conglomeration of suites, pool, bistro.

nice hotel but less sockets than a travelodge! shower took some working out to get comfy temp. Courtesy van to airport every other hour, last minute booking at airport

The stay at the hotel was exceptional like all visits super staff prompt service & greeting smiles , Rooms by the pool were nice & the breakfasts for a small hotel were brilliant . Only grunt I’ve got the shuttle service should be made available for guests arriving long distant big only the airport

Stay was very average. The room was smaller than shown in the picture and the bed was pushed against the wall so for 2 people, it was not convenient when the person on the inside had to get up in the night. Also the charging plugs only work when the light switch is on, so unable to charge devices over night. They was coffee or juice spilt and dried on the night stand so I had to do some disinfection when we got in. The AirCon worked well and was quiet… but that was about the only quiet thing about the hotel. We had kids running up and down the hallways until well after midnight and the walls are very thin you can hear the conversations in the next room. The restaurant was excellent and has a great selection for both breakfast and dinner and they even stayed open late for us for dinner as we arrived late. Buffet style breakfast had both Filipino and American style breakfast items. We were able to get a late checkout which was convenient for our late flight out, but they only run airport shuttles every 2 hours with the last one being so we have to leave for the airport several hours before we intend. The pool area looks to be relaxing enough if you do not intend on swimming as the water is quite murky and did not look sanitary. Over all not bad for just an overnight waiting for our flight… but would definitely try somewhere else next time

we arrived night time at the air port so,it's was good location. we asked airport pick up. hotel staff let we know. driver wating us at outside of the entrance door with hotel name on.but actually driver was wating at the car parking sitting at the car seat.hotel also let us know color of the car and car numbe.so finally we can find... but breakfast was ok,good price.

The entire website is lies and the staff were horrible and the noise was coming from people in the next room drunken party and the staff wouldn't help me. I called 5 times and nothing was done. The worse part is the beds aren't real. They said it was a queen mattress but it was a wooden box with a tiny foam pad over it. I want my money back.

Location is around 15mins drive from the airport, ideal for those arriving late in night as they provide free pick up service. Nothing much to explore around that area.

The staff was very helpful, polite and accommodating in the check-in process. I had a bad experience with another hotel that I had to leave and book Eloisa last minute. Also the restaurant staff was very polite and friendly.

Clean and comfy. WiFi was terrible. Pulsing video chat at all and even voice chat was bad. Pizza was horrible but breakfast was good. Airport shuttle transfer was good and staff was friendly.

It was nice staying to Eloisa Suites 😁 I recommend others guess 😉 to try and stayed. ❤️🤗
