Close to the stores but very small the room we and the bathroom had a very very bad smell the towels are old and looked dirty and one of the desk clerk was rude when I asked for my receipt.

Older hotel needing some upgrades. Need new linens & pillows and a/c needing repair. Overpriced for Morelia for this time of year.

Close enough to center to walk but far enough to find cheaper food/ services. Quiet and clean. Super easy check in and check out. Felt safe ! 24 he front desk is a big plus. Will be returning when in Morelia !

The place is very pleasant, furniture a bit outdated but comfortable. The decor is quaint goes with the building. Enjoyed the a/c. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

We really liked staying there. Everyone was so kind and helpful. When our toilet broke twice they came to the rescue. When our shower overheated, they said they would look into it but it still over heated to HOT!!! The meals were super good at breakfast and we ate there most of the time! Great service and complete meals. Scratchy towels could have been softer! Tossed in dryer

The hotel room was just okay. The bathroom needs an upgrade. At least in my room, my bathroom, the shower knobs seemed like they were ready to fall apart, and the hot water took some time to come out. Additionally, the hotel property promotes their rooms to be soundproof. Not from what I experienced. I could hear people in neighboring rooms talking late at night and even heard the front desk phone ringing at different times at night. This was a bit of a nuisance. The location, though, was great. You can easily get to the historic center by foot within 10 mins. It's also close to taqueria el infierno, which sells some good tacos. Also within distance was a pharmacy, Mercado artesanal, and Jardín de la Rosas where you can get food.

Enjoyed spacious room with electrical outlets to recharge our cell phones. Wonderful big balcony window. But bed sounded like an old mattress. Shower water flow was very poor. Personnel was very friendly.

Morelia is a beautiful town and the Hotel was cute and amazing. The people were courteous and nice. Our stay was very comfortable. We would stay at this lovely hotel again.

This was my second stay at this hotel and the service and location are both top notch. Gabriel at the desk was very kind and accommodating. Would stay again.

Property was charming, room comfortable, employees were friendly and helpful. I had a perfect fruit, yogurt and granola dish for breakfast. Beautifully prepared.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building that has been very well restored. The staff were excellent! My only (small) complaint is that I paid for a deluxe double room, and the room was fairly small. From the photos on the website I thought it would be bigger.

Wi fi on and off mostly off. Tiny raindrops came from the ceiling on to the bed.

The hotel does not look like much from the street but once inside you see the well maintain property that it is. The staff that we had the pleasure of interacting with during our stay did everything to make us feel welcome and went out of their way to help us schedule tours and get taxi cab service for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
