Overall we had a fine stay. Biggest disappointment was that we paid for a lake view and got a view of a parking lot. We mentioned it, but was told, that is too bad.

The place was beautiful. The master bed was a little uncomfortable. Pool was great, there was a welcome gift and information. All information was received ahead of time and that made the whole checkin process seamless.

The check-in process was and awful experience. We drove from Kentucky so we were tired and wanted to get to our room and get settled ASAP. We received the gate and door codes prior to arrival so we anticipated an easy check-in. WRONG! The door code didn't work so I went to the club house since it was still open. I was told by their staff that they didnt own or manage the building we were staying. Was not the best thing to be told. So I called the number in our email and got an answering service. It was not even 5pm. The lady on the other end of the line couldn't pay attention and kept asking me the same questions over and over. I was told somebody would call us back. Didn't happen. I sent an email and finally got a response with the correct door code. Had this been later in the evening I'm not sure what our response time would have been. The room was clean and cozy, but had a strong bleach/chemical smell. The master bedroom mattress was like a slab of concrete. This was disappointing since I had read the reviews about this being an issue and the responses said it was corrected?? The location was safe, quiet, and centrally located which was a redeeming quality. Ive stayed at worse, but Ive stayed at better. If I had to do it over then I would have just stayed at a nice hotel in the area.

Very comfortable and convenient. Very local to highways and restaurants. I just didn’t notice the home was 3 stories. It wasn’t the easiest with twin toddlers lol. But aside from that, which was my fault for not reading the description, the place was great and we loved our stay there and had no complaints at all!

Great location for the Convention Center or theme parks. Safe and clean

The resort is beautiful but the customer service was terrible. We tried calling twice for assistance and both time could not understand the rep. We advised that her line sounded very muddled and low and background noise but she didn’t try to speak louder or adjust anything. Just a terrible check-on process.

We signed up to stay at Vista Cay, but did not receive a rental at that location. We were switched to a location 20 minutes away without notice or any sort of communication about the switch. Vista Cay was selected for its nearness to the convention center and Sea World. The location provided was much farther away requiring significant driving. It was also in a complex that is still under construction, which is not what we signed up for.

Properly was clean and had everything we wanted the only problem was the apartments weren’t sound proof. Since it wasn’t, one night the occupants on the flat below us seemed to have had a party until around 4am and we couldn’t sleep. Other than that the place is very peaceful and I’d stay again.

Resort was convenient to Universal and downtown International Drive and Disney and the outlets were not to far either

I would like to preface this by saying this review is strictly on the customer service experienced from the Casiola team as we never actually stayed at the property. We contacted this property on June 30th requesting a cancellation and full refund due to a sudden family issue that required one of our party being hospitalized. We understood the cancellation policy but asked for a courtesy due to our circumstances, which the hotel agreed to. However since then, we have had to contact the hotel several times to follow up on our refund. We were in email and phone contact with several members of the Casiola team such as Joycemilit, Nicole and Ashley and constantly redirected to contact Expedia for our refund. This resulted in literal hours of queue time waiting for Expedia agents to contact us to only then be informed the HOTEL denied our refund. Clearly, there is a fundamental lack of communication between the team members at Casiola. Imagine being in and out of hospitals and having to personally call in all the time to follow up. It is now 2 weeks since we originally contacted the property and we have yet to see a refund or even on a more basic level, have someone from the team follow up with us. We are repeat guests of the Vista Cay Resort (managed by Casiola) and the inattentiveness of the staff as well as the inability to provide customer service in this situation and go above and beyond to assist us on this matter has terribly soured our experience of this property.

This condo was outdated and dirty. It was spacious and the pool area was nice but the dirtiness could not be overlooked.

Overall the stay was not bad. We were there for a business conference and got the 3 bedroom. My only issue was that front door would not lock and we spoke to front desk no one came to fix it or offered us another room. We stayed because of the convenience and the company had already paid for the room. Thankfully no one came in and stole our things while we were out.

Rented 2 types of dwellings at Vista cay the condo was great..the townehome was terrible. The front door looked as if someone tried to break in, the interior was very outdated and the carpet was dirty. The balcony was a joke, no room and over looked the highway. The noise was terrible.i was very embarrassed as my employees stayed there. I just assumed the quality was the same as the pricing was very similar. Not so. I emailed the company with my complaints as a good faith measure and was told I was wrong. The quality was the same. Here is the email Thank you for sending in your feedback, it's unfortunate you feel this way since the owner just put in a lot of updates to TH 6 including flooring in the living areas. The front door is something we are aware of, however just waiting on the HOA to replace as we are not allowed to per HOA. The balcony is of course quite small compared to a condo. I'm sorry you feel this way and the price difference you see is only because your condo has a lakeview. They are certainly the same quality. Very Pleasant home away from home and close to every place we needed to be. Very Convenient. Will book again. Next time the family would like to stay closer to the pool.

Nice condos and amenities. Very close to parks,shopping and I dr. Area. All in all nice location to stay in the area. This property has two locations so you can enjoy either pool which one has a pool bar. Grocery store and a few shops in between both locations made it very excessible to get to either place. Would stay again.

First time in Orlando and I choose this place because it was clost to the convention center. Just the wrong side as there are not many places to eat but there is a grocery store. If your ok with Ikea furnitue and mattress as well them this is your place.....I slept on the couch
