I liked that the property was exactly what it said it was in the ad. Bed was also extremely comfortable.

Family friendly, activities for the kids, conveniently located near shops and close to the beach. Our cabin had everything we needed, enjoyed our stay.

Easy to find on the main road, cabin on fence line, noisy traffic during the day but nice and quiet until around 7am. Close to shops, easy walk down to pub and restaurants. A bit dark on walk to cabin, maybe some dimmer lights would be good. No air conditioner remote in the cabin, so could not use for heating on a cold evening. All supplies covered in the cabin great, electric blanket very welcome.

Proximity to shops, foreshore a win. Pool was great for the kids

Cabins a little tired but that is to be expected. Facilities and staff excellent super easy check in and check out had a cleaning staff ask during my stay if I need anything which was wonderfully helpful and would be returning absolutely.

It was fairly quiet (except for the 100's of Cockatoos that were flying around but they can't really do anything about that.) There are a lot of large pine trees on the property so you might have sticks, leaves/pine needles, pine cones and bird droppings fall onto your vehicle.The cabin was dated but had everything needed, location is close to shopping and restaurants options but it is on the main road so it could be noisy and congested in peak times (school holidays & weekends)Overall for the price it was great

We enjoyed our stay however the room was not as the pictures showed. Maybe call and ensure your booking the same room. Our 2 bedroom was a lot smaller, didn’t have a balcony and a lot more outdated then the online picture perceived the cabin. Good location and amenities for the price we paid but wish we were provided a room like the room displayed. Maybe they need to upload a range of photos of all the room types. Not just a picture of the best cabin.

Cabin was warm, clean & comfortable, it had everything we needed for a two day stay. There was no coffee machine that was in the brochure also needs new shower head as water was spraying everywhere. But all in all good value.

The park was walking distance to everything, beach, shopping and eating places. The cabin was quite small but there were bigger ones with balconies u could obviously get. There were only 2 of us so small 1 was fine, bunk room extra small. Had everything u need tho!

Room was significantly smaller than appeared in photos. Had our stay been longer than 2 nights think I would have left. Also wi-fi advertised but not available for entire time we were there. Better not to advertise like Foreshore Holiday Park then no expectation if system can’t handle volume.

I don't expect good hotel conditions for this type of accommodation. But the place was still very poor. The sofa is thrown and old. The room smells bad. Soap was inadequate. Wifi drops out regularly and cuts off after a small daily usage. Considering that I paid $127 a night, this place is definitely not value for money. I'll stay at a motel next time.

The Torquay Holiday Park is excellent in terms of cleaniliness, comfort, location and customer service from the owners. This is my 3rd visit with my family and I highly recommend it.

Well organised park. Helpful staff. Bathroom was too small for family with two kids( I think we choose budget cabin). Number of activities to keep kids happy.
