Very quiet and clean. staff was very friendly, good breakfast would go back again

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. There was some flooding from the ceiling outside our room but it was dealt with within a day.

I travelled with family and faced a lot of issues. For the price I paid for that kind of room was too expensive. It is bedbug infested hotel. We were not able to sleep the entire night and in the morning when we complained they refused to admit that they have bedbugs in their hotel. The breakfast was extremely bad. Overall our stay was very unpleasant.

The room was tidy and clean, and the front desk staff was very helpful and supportive. The breakfast food items were of good quality. The overall experience was pleasant.

I was disappointed in the room. We booked a jacuzzi suite which it was but the jets barely worked. The bathroom had a tiny shower. The elevator was very sketchy so we took the stairs most of time time and we were on the fourth floor.

Don't let the first appearance fool you. This hotel is a very clean and nice property with great staff. Everything was clean and tidy and breakfast options were also great.

The deadbolt did not work staff did not seem to concerned. There was no water pressure but plenty of hot water

The property was clean and pretty basic it wasn't fancy or over the top. Overall the property was clean and the staff was helpful. It was all and all a good experience.

Stay here before as we just needed a place to sleep. It a 10 minute drive to Ottawa.
Would probably stay here again if the price is right.

This hotel is small but very clean, quiet and convenient. I was on the top floor and the wifi wasn't great by any means and the shower pressure could have been stronger but these things are quite minor and certainly not a deal breaker. The free breakfast is quite good. I will certainly book here again.

i had chosen the room for the jet tub and it was even shown on the picture in my confirmation email. When i checked in it was a different room and no jet tub, very disappointed. Breakfast was not very elaborate and very minimal choices, no yogurt or fruits available. If I was to come again, I would request to have the room I reserved and not an alternative.

As a family with food allergies we’re not going back. Staff were quite unhelpful over breakfast when we asked about the food ingredients. We weren’t asking for an accommodation, just information because of our child’s food allergies.

Great bang for your buck. Sadly half the jets in my jetted tub weren’t working but still great to have your own hot tub of sorts.

Super located. Drive to Ottawa only 10-15min (parking at City Hall - 2CAD per day at weekends).
Really nice restaurants nearby. Safe neighbourhood.
Rooms were nice and calm. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was free and convenient.

Nice stay overall. Staff was very accommodating and helpful making sure our stay was good. Jacuzzi in suite was pretty awesome. Had a great time. 😊

The hotel is not The Ritz, but it is pleasant, clean and comfortable. And, given the price, it is a very good value. We would stay here again. As well, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, clean place, staff pleasant and nice. Parking outside is perfect. Nice breakfast in am and a check out at 12:00 is great! The price was good for us.
