The rooms were small, the property was dated, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall, it was overpriced. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

Clean, great beds! I have stayed 2 time. Will definitely stay there again. Very quiet. We got us a great night sleep for our 10 hour drive the next day.

It is a very simple motel, not deserving the 9 rating. At best is a 7. Garish lighting, grab and go breakfast not a plus. Took a shower, walked around with bare feet and had to rehash my feet due to the floors. Also has to listen to a crying toddler through the wall. For a few dollars more, should have chosen a different motel.

Just needed a cheap over nighter on our road trip - fitted the bill perfectly - and with a bit of a alien twist - the grab and go breakfast was spot on for our needs

The Roswell Inn seemed freshly remodeled. Rooms were clean but almost a little too clean. Room had an overwhelming cleaning chemical scent. Floors are tile and sound bounces around easily, so it can be a little loud. Staff was nice and curteous though.

I was really only here over night and checking out quite early but the bed was comfortable, the room spacious and quiet, and all the facilities were clean and effective. The breakfast offered was good, and my one interaction with the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. All in all very good

Loved the Roswell Inn. Very friendly staff, updated and very clean rooms. Some may think it’s just a motel, but it was really nice. Conventionally located on Main Street downtown Roswell within walking distance of shops, souvenirs and food.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, after a 6 hour drive I didn't appreciate having to wait an hour for my room. Once they got my room ready it was full of flies, and the solution they offered was a bug zapper for my room, which I had no choice but to accept, there where no rooms available elsewhere. I wasn't offered another room, discount or even an apology. So I spent two days with a bug zapper shining in my eyes as I tried to sleep. I will not recommend, nor stay here again.

It's an average place, nothing fancy which is fine for us. The problem was the floor. After walking around barefoot on the tile for about 5 minutes My wife and I both had black feet and we had just showered. You could feel that it hadn't been mopped in a while.

A cute place to stay on a budget. There is a Mexican restaurant next to it with great drinks. The only issue I had was giant flies in my room but I was able to ignore them and they didn't bother me when I slept.

Really fun little find. It’s not fancy, but it was just what we needed- a place to sleep while we were in town. The bed was a bit small for us, but we sleep on a king at home- spoiled. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

They were able to check us in an hour early, so very accommodating.
This is an older motel- 50’s style- and the room itself had been updated a little.
Hated the LED lights as they cast an eerie hue but the beds were really comfy and it was the first good nights sleep I had had in three days of travel.

Old, renovated motel. Inexpensive place to stay for short time. Room was very small, but comfortable for 1 or 2. Has Directv with many channels. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

It was very clean, and the front desk clerk very friendly and helpful. I have back problems, and the mattress was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I had no pain or discomfort all night. The location is nice because it's right on the main street, easy to find and close to many stores and restaurants.
