Pros: Staff was extremely helpful, hotel was very clean. Cons: All the outlets on the lights wouldn’t hold the cords in, they always cleaned the coffee maker right at 930-1000am😭

This place is very clean and the staffs are so kind.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Many dining choices within two miles. Staff would have got 5 out of 5, but the kitchen lady was rude to my 10 year old daughter because they were out of a breakfast item. She did apoligize later.

Staff was great. Facilities were clean modern. Had1:45am wake up from a very irritating Motorcycle revving his engine. Bed was terrible (rock hard) and strange non traditional pillows on the bed. Just average breakfast - Coffee at breakfast is a single serving machine and kind of poorly place in the dining area - people waiting for coffee to dispense are in the way of others trying get food. Condiments located far away from coffee besides.

The breakfast doesn’t have a great selection. It is very limited in choices. However, the staff were very polite and rooms were very clean.

The hotel was clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. The girl at he front desk was lovely. It is a great location if you are going to Old Glory Distillery or Buchanan Winery.

Front desk staff was amazing! Room could use some updating. Bathroom especially. The worst part for me was the walk in shower didn’t have anything to sit soap, shampoo, etc on. No shelf, only the floor. Breakfast was okay.

This is definitely a step (or more) up for Best Western, helping them compete with some of the nicer business class hotels. The property was very clean and the decor was nice. Comfy bed, good pillows, nice bathroom (it had a roll-in shower for accessibility). Water pressure was GREAT and the water temperature was also GREAT. Standard hotel breakfast with Belgian waffles, sausage, eggs of some sort, cereals, yogurt, bagles, all that stuff. I had two criticisms, which would in no way would be deal-breakers. 1.) In the shower stall, the ceiling drywall was bulging and cracked, probably water damage from the next floor up. Hope they fix it so mold doesn't grow. 2.) On the breakfast bar, if someone is standing by the toaster, waiting for it to pop, you can't get to the plates, utensils, napkins, etc. It's just a bad design, so if management is reading this, maybe a different configuration would help. Overall, a really good overnight experience.

It's not a bad value for the price. The front desk manager was extremely friendly, despite personally checking in 100 people the previous day for the eclipse. After a couple of truly disturbing glimpses into some other hotel chains, this was my winning choice for an affordable, easy stay when everything else decent was already booked. Bravo.
