Overall great hotel, amazing rooftop pool with nice view over the city. Breakfast was over expectations with several western options aswell. Room was nice and felt renovated, very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I was originally going to give the Harmony Hotel a perfect review. The hotel has everything going for it. Its position near the river and nightlife is superb. The hotel is very clean, modern and highly recommended. If I was to return to Phnom Penh I’d stay there again. HOWEVER, upon checking out this morning there was a major disappointment. I had paid U.S $15 in cash to reception the day before my tour to S21 and the Killing Fields. I’d paid in cash at the time of my initial booking of the tour. But the girl taking my money had not noted it into their system, and despite pointing this out I wasn’t believed, and had to pay for a second time. Not the end of the world, but a poor end to my stay at a great hotel. I should have asked for a receipt at the time of paying, instead of trusting them to note down my payment. You live and learn.

Great location for exploring the city. Great value and large rooms. The hotel is not new but the staff are constantly cleaning and buffing the hotel and it presents very well.

Quite new. Very clean. Nice room, excellent roof pool and bar above. Great views. Close to the river. Had a room with balcony - well worth it. Staff very nice. Buffet small but good. Only comment was slow service at breakfast. Minor in comparison to all the positive points but could be improved. Next to a local market so all the sights and sounds of PP too. Absolutely 100% would stay there again.

Clean and as described. Staff were really welcoming and the gym and pool were reall top notch. Market out the front to get to the main strip needed getting use to but otherwise great hotel and location

Really enjoyed me stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, well presented rooms. Amazing views from rooftop restaurant and pool. Plenty of bars and restaurants close to the hotel and central market only a short tuk tuk ride away. I would most definitely stay here again.

Real good value. The room is clean, efficient layout, good writing desk, and has good aircon (not loud). Bathroom is relatively spacious with a big window on the room. Water pressure is very good, hot water is quick, and complete amenities. Good choices for breakfast. Rooftop restaurant & swimming pool with a great view f the Phnom Penh skyline. The gym is well-equipped. Location close to riverfront, plenty of restaurants around.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was big enough and had a balcony looking over a noisy street below but with views of the nearby pagoda. The location was convenient near the river and walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. The pool area was lovely but has minimal lounge chairs. The gym was okay, but could get quite warm. I would recommend it.

Super nice staff & wonderful buffet breakfast in stylish, large cafe. Great location on the river in Saigon. We booked a super fun CuChi Tunnels fast boat trip & simply crossed the road to the ferry dock! Walked to several great restaurants. The hotel suggested a dance show at the Opera House & set us up with great tickets & we walked a couple blocks there. Definitely would only stay at this hotel again! Lovely!! And the roof top pool & bar were spectacular!

There are 2 levels above the pool for viewing and drinks (outside stairs only) with a wonderful 360 degree view of Phnom Penh from the top level.

The only complaint is that very often different dishes have finished at the breakfast buffet although that you are there in very good time before they close at 1000.

Enjoyed the stay, have stayed there on several trips and have had several friends stay there through my advise. Only regret is they don't allow the lounges to enjoy the afternoon sun by the pool. Very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons I used to stay there. Would stay somewhere else on that alone.

Room was nice even while the local market place with a lot of smells was quite near in the street. Service at the roof top pool was good. But one guy at the reception was unkind and he did his best to give me an experience of not being welcome there. I won’t visit this hotel again.

Loved the location above the local market near the river. Had a balcony room which I really enjoyed. Breakfast very good and hotel exceptionally clean. Rooftop infinity pool and hot tub was a great bonus.

The food is a little pricy. Get the breakfast included, nice buffet! Laundry service 4 doors down, small bar next door. Taxi and Tuk Tuk drivers in front of hotel. Don't use Tuk Tuk for Killing Field and prison tours, take taxi and you pay for entrance fees. Ask for Rina, nice young man, very good English. He can drive you in taxi or tuk tuk.

Our second stay in the hotel within a week, as were using it as s base to travel south and north. Much better experience this time around within checking in and checking out.We avoid walking through the market....
