Amazing food and desserts, great hospitability. Room was clean, pool was cool and clean. Indoor pool was a bit smaller than we expected but it was quite nice. Highlight of the trip was definitely the food. Kudos to the cooking and service crew.
Wine quality could be a bit better, that is the only negative!

Big pool, close to the beach.
Difficulty communicating with staff other than russian or turkish language. Reception send you to guest service and guedt service send you to back to reception. You cant make phone call outside the hotel unless you go to reception.

The employees are usually completely incapable to handle the guests. Moreover, there is a real battle and fight at the breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Every things were just perfect. The huge pool, the beach, the extraordinary food, the special restaurants (only Burano, the fish one was not satysfied). The aircondition was noisy and weak, but it was fixed very fast.
