This was a lovely hotel with a nice view of the countryside. It was very convenient to the entrance to Obidos (about five minutes walk). The bed was very comfortable and there was excellent water pressure for the shower.

This is a very traditional type of hotel with a certain charm. It is very close to the old town and parking is a huge bonus. Our room was small, but fine for 1 night. The windows didnt seal well and the hotel echos, so it is quite noisy. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and amazing cake! Patricia on reception was very helpful and friendly.
It was a perfect stop for the night to enjoy Obidos. Would recommend.

Quiet & quaint. Great view from back-facing rooms overlooking valley. Clean & comfortable. Great access to old city (which was an awesome experience). Highly recommend!

Nice and close to the Obidos Old Town. Free parking in front of the hotel or their parking lot. Breakfast was included which was nice. Friendly reception staff. Room was a bit on the small side but comfortable.

Great check in, front desk person helped us find handicapped parking at the top of the hill, which was such a help. Breakfast buffet fine.

The hotel is very well placed for a visit to Obidos. The parking is very good but accessed via a steep slope. The staff very helpful. The room small and very '70's in decor but everything worked. Only disappointment was what should have been an excellent breakfast spoilt by catering staff. A party of walkers went at 8am and obviously enjoyed their breakfast. Between 9 and 10am about 25 people came into the room to find nothing had been replenished. A Portuguese speaker asked for more cooked food and a very small amount was then cooked, there was not enough for all. We had to ask for tea bags and the cereal bread etc was not kept stocked.

Hotel feels old and needs upgrade, Room was old, not big and shutters etc. not functioning good, Toilet not really comfortable.
Staff was generally friendly. Breakfast was fair. Walking distance from old city and parking easy.

Really nice lobby and public areas. First class staff interaction. Excellent breakfast. All pluses. Down sides, very hard bed (realise this is subjective!) and very small shower cubicle. More pluses: Really close to historic centre - an easy walk, free parking a definite bonus.

Location perfect, walkable to the old town. Lovely little terrace and great parking. Covenience store, petrol and outdoor laundromat close at hand. Two larger grocery stores within a kilometer walk away…even a mobile phone shop for SIM card purchases. A con is that the hotel could use some refurbishment. Our toilet seat needed to be replaced.

This hotel is close to city center. But far from train station. Front desk told me I should have called them and they will arrange taxi. Hotel has good view. WiFi is strong, no safe box, no refrigerator in room.

The hotel was clean, reception friendly, and it was minutes walking to the historical site.

Room was adequate but bathroom was small. WiFi was good and the breakfast was a bonus. We stayed 2 nights. It is a 4 minute walk to Obidos Castle. There are two big supermarkets 10 minutes walk away.
We walked to Obidos train station in 24 minutes but there is also a quicker bus. We did not use the pool.
We will stay again.

Great hotel really close to the historic section. Some very nice restaurants are just a short walk away. Then on the other side of the hotel is a large supermarket not far away. Very friendly staff.

We had a good room. As this was a quiet time for travelling, there were few other guests, so no waiting for breakfast etc.... The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We only spent one night heading from Lisbon up north but it was a perfect choice. Great location just outside the old town walls, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and good breakfast. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed every thing about this hotel, perfect location, comfortable beds and bedding, nice spacious bathroom in the family suite, tasty breakfast, walking distance to the center, obidos castle.

We had a room with 2 balconies. One overlooking the back garden and distant fields and the other, the pool area. Room was quiet. Easy parking on street or parking lot provided. Walking distance to walled town. Parking in front to unload luggage. They recommended 2 restaurants in town. We ate at one of them and it was very good. There was an elevator.

Check in by Iliana was great. She was warm and friendly and provided lots of information that made our stay in Obidos amazing. Hotel room was nice and clean, garden area was perfect for Happy Hour.

We only stayed for one night as a stop over in Óbidos on our way to Algarve. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, condition and service. It’s not a 5 star luxury hotel of course but as an accommodation for a few nights, I would definitely stay here again. It was a 3 minute walk to the castle entrance and charming town of Óbidos inside. So the hotel is as conveniently placed as it is clean and friendly.

Small hotel, small clean room, close to the old town, 5mins walk. Good breakfast, good lighting in bathroom. No problem with parking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would stay there again. They had parking in a gated lot for 5€, which was nice because there was no street parking.

Room had nice balcony with a lovely view. Heating (necessary during our visit) worked well and corridors were radiator heated. Lots of hot water. Like many Portuguese buildings the tiled walls and hard floors make everything echo. The hotel is a short walk to the entrance of the magnificent walled town of Obidos which in itself makes the hotel worth a visit.
Being English I missed my cup of tea, but would hesitate to recommend that the hotel provide it as in Portugal a request for tea results in being given a cup of tepid water and a T bag of Liptons fruit tea.
