I wish the place has a gym

Great Service! Unfortunately left a phone at the hotel, reception called up and send the phone to our residence. Appreciate the effort! Will definitely go back to this hotel again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the area, it seems that a lot of business have closed due to the pabdemic. The beach needs to be cleaned.

It is very noisy. Can smell cigarette smoke through the centralized air conditioning. Problem with water pressure.

I was disappointed that the elevator was out of order for the majority of our stay as I walk with a cane & it’s very painful to walk up & down the stairs. Other than that all was good.

Rooms were nicely decorated and appointed, good restaurant and breakfast walking along the bay

Excellent customer service.

The breakfast and afternoon snacks were great. Live music was fun. Rooms are clean although size is ok.

There are bed bugs on our beds, one of us ended up with bites at the back. I myself don’t want to use my own blanket. The toilet rim is yellowish not cleaned well. Worst hotel I have stayed.

Great location, friendly efficient staff. A bit of noise coming from neighbouring property at night, otherwise cannot fault this place. Would stay here again.

Good hotel, quiet and relaxing place. The room is big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. The grilled food was also good and price is reasonable, not expensive at all. View and designs were nice too. There’s not a lot of things to do late night or very early morning though.

The room is just ok with Veranda ,. supposedly overlooking the beach but we can't see the beach because the container van is right in front blocking the view and the chairs and table is dirty.

The Hotel was sensational and the crew was friendly and helpful. A Super Hotel better then 5 stars in some places.

We stayed at four different hotels while on out Philippines vacation, and the Lighthouse Marina was by far the nicest. The property is meticulously maintained and absolutely gorgeous. The staff and service was exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Not your typical local hotel, I give this resort a 4 1/2 stars out of 5. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very supportive. Pricing is reasonable based on the quality of our stay. We stayed in the most expensive room available, the Bay View 3rd floor corner room, $189/day with 1 king bed. The kids stayed next door with 2 doubles for $148/day. Rooms were large, a/c was cold, plenty of hot water and water pressure never slowed down unlike other local hotels. I would have given our stay 5 stars, although coming from the states, we were used to hotels providing biscuits and gravy as one of the breakfast buffet choices, this did not, although this a very small 1st world complaint that probably should not even be brought up. Breakfast buffet nevertheless was very good, plenty of pancakes and even a staff member that makes omelettes to your liking. Swimming pool was about the size of a typical stateside ranch home pool. Adequate enough for a large American family. Location was walking distance from the restaurants, I highly recommend Texas Joe’s Steakhouse, about a quarter mile from the resort. Altogether our overall stay at Subic was 500 percent than all others, including Clark AB, seriously! Clark was very industrial, congested and not very tourist friendly, where Subic is still clean, plenty of fresh air, and breezy. The beaches were not as clean as I hoped, but the pools made up for it. Highly recommend this resort!

Nice room, decent location, friendly staff. The beach area is kind of pretty, but the water isn't that nice to swim in since there is a little bit of garbage in it, but it's probably like that at most places.

It`s a lovely place :) Breakfast buffet was lovely, good selection. Good Staff, always smiling

The staff is excellent, they were all very nice & courteous but the hotel is not really worth the price, too expensive. The breakfast is not that good so we didn't bother to eat there for lunch or dinner. I love the view but the room is a bit old and dark.

From the checkin to checkout was a great time The staff was wonderfull and helpfull. I asked for a plumeria flower for my gf and they picked it right off the tree.. the room was clean and fresh and big.. Saw a report about someone missing stuff from their room.. Not sure about that. We left our suitcase open and tablets on the tables.. We forgot about the turndown service. Came back to the room and everything was there.. The girl that did our turndown "Amerika" is her name did a nice job and honest.. Very happy with the hotel and staff.. We will be back next time in Subic..
