It was a clean and tidy Motel, with off street parking and dining facilities.

Staff were friendly, bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean, lounge area was not.
I was disappointed that there were no dining options or room service options over the weekend and only on week nights.
Spa was lovely, i liked that you could spin the TV to watch it from the spa.

Very well maintained, easy on the pocket and wonderful service. One of the few family businesses maintained well.

Was a great motel to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Staff always friendly and willing to help. The only down fall is some of the miners that were staying there are quite noise. But other then that it was a lovely place to stay

We booked 2 rooms for a family trip to the Hunter Valley. The accommodation was good value, clean and comfortable. The service was responsive and friendly (they event brought us a cheese knife and plate to serve up the wine and cheese we purchased during the day). The only thing was the restaurant was not open on Sunday for breakfast but we found a nice place in town to eat.

The establishment and room are tired and would benefit from some improvement. The room was spacious. Wouldn’t be any more than 3 star.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the reception pleasant. The bed was sagging in the middle and therefore not good for sleeping

Great service, great amenities and a constant high standard that was maintained the entire time I was there. Great job Francis Phillip Motor Inn. Good location reasonably comfortable bed but aircon didn’t work very well very cold weather and aircon was on maximum heat but still cold in room

We stay just one night for the long weekend. The location was great and just 20’ min away from the wineries. Restaurants and cafes just around the corner. For sure we will be back!!
