overall experience was okay. Internet connection was poor, there's no dental kit provided when I first entered the room.

What we liked: - bed was very comfortable. What we didn't like: - Service was poor. We were told to go to the rooftop bar while they got our room ready but they forgot about us. It then took quite a while for them to bring the bags up. - The pool is pretty small and only had 4 loungers. - The shower had a curtain which lets water out, so the floor became very slippy and quite dangerous.

I spent 1 night at this beautiful property, and I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and views at sunset. The staff assisted me with arranging airport transportation the next morning. On my next trip to Colombo, I will be sure to stay at this property again.

Great location and view, but disapppointing food options and cleanliness standards need to be revisited.

hotel from beginning deceived us with full refund, location in dirty area, in room cockroaches vey bad air conditioner ,for girl -cant be privet in toilet all can hear what you do.very sad..

Spent 3 nights here after arriving Colombo. Great rooftop and swimming pool, breakfast ok. Would consider to stay here again.

Its in a good location, reasonably good breakfast, in general, all the other meals I had to accept breakfast is really bad. the naan bread I had is the worst I ever had.

In theory, this is listed as a 4 star hotel but 4 star hotels in Sri Lanka are very nice. This place didn't even have people to carry your bags. I arrived with a bunch of luggage as a single female, my taxi driver helped me bring them in and when I asked for help from the front desk they told me they didn't offer that service. Since I didn't want to leave my luggage sitting there unattended in the lobby, I had to ask my taxi driver to come up to my room to help. As a single female, I simply didn't feel comfortable with this. I called hotels.com and asked to change hotels and it was a really awful situation. They had me on chat for 2 hours before I gave up and told them I was just going to move somewhere else. I ended up being late to my work dinner. After I called back and Hotels.com offered to refund me, they never did. 3 phone calls later and more wait time on the phone, the refund was finally processed. The point is, Sri Lanka has some wonderful 4 star hotels. This is not one of them.

I liked the eco friendly features of this property, very clean and comfortable, pleasant professional staff.

The breakfast is amazing. They made sure if I needed anything to ask.

Rooftop bar is wonderful. Pool is good in daytime, amazing views. Annoying it’s in front of the bar so did not feel comfortable going in the evening. Food was very nice - had pizza and prawns. Nice wines, reasonable prices. Literally my only complaint was asking for a shaving kit three times and waiting over an hour for it to be sent, by which time the sun had gone down and I missed out on sunset from the pool.

This is the third time we stayed at ozo and as usual not disappointed. Great hotel, with great service. Centrally located.

Pool and food were the best parts of the stay. The room was super clean and also the view from the room was gorgeous.

GREAT location in heart of city overlooking ocean! I needed early check-in after 30 hours of travel and the lobby staff was very helpful. I will be staying here again & have recommended this place to my friends.

We arrived 3 hours before check in time but the staff generously accommodated us and provided a room right away. We were so grateful after a 28hour flight journey. Above and beyond our expectations

Chose this hotel as I had meetings nearby. Comfortable accommodation. Pleasant staff. Pricey rooftop restaurant.

No face washers and only one hand towel for 02 occupants in room. No soap but soap dispensers provided for wash basin and shower area.Limited top up of coffee for 02 occupants.Wifi was somewhat slow during the day.No luggage service provided in hotel and guests expected to take their own bags to the rooms and during check out.
