A fantastic hotel in the centre of Olu Deniz and very close to the beach. New all inclusive this year not sure about this yet, wide range of food which is exceptional Large pool always available sun beds

Terrible stay. We were given a pool side room which was so loud as they have live music all night (even though nobody was there) that the entire room vibrated so our earplugs were useless. They then moved us to a 'quieter' room after we complained, which was even louder as it was positioned right next to a bar/club on the main strip. Zero sleep, the room was very shabby and broken animates. You have to pay for orange juice at breakfast even though it's £100 a night. This hotel is a complete rip-off. If in doubt, choose somewhere else, there are plenty of other options around.

Very comfortable and suitable for spending summer time and recreation, my friends and I went and the place is next to all the cafes, restaurants and activities and 5 minutes to reach the beach

Since we booked the trip from Hotels.com we did not pay for dinner up front but we thought it will be convenient to eat at the property for the first night. They put a Russian girl at the dining area check in who did not understand either English or Turkish. She looked for our names on the list which wasn't there obviously. Tried to explain that we will pay it out of pocket. She didn't understand that either until Turkish folks helped us out to get in. But problems didn't end there. Waiter took our room card to charge the dinner but didn't bring it back until we asked for it at the end of the dinner. I have never seen such method of charging a meal to the room. We felt that this was awkward and did not choose to eat at the property next day. Needless to say, food was mediocre. It was geared toward Russian crowd and does not please people who have better knowledge of Turkish cuisine (or any cuisine). Property does not offer parking. We were lucky to find a street parking but it wasn't easy.

Overall, my experience was verygood in all aspects. But i did face one issue we cant get any kind of beverages inside the hotel. They won't let us. I mean water!!! They refused to let us get any bottle of water and even we paid half board. The beverages during meals were all chargeable! (water also chargeable) the policy of hotel is very restricted regarding this matter.they made me to walk me back to the store where i purchased water in the noon instead of giving me a warning.But overall it was good experience

Accommodation is what's now considered fairly standard for 4 🌟 hotel. The grounds are lovely and I recommend the massages at the spa (unlike some places in town, they are qualified). Staff were polite and attentive, but it was interesting to see how four separate requests for coffee went unheeded whilst some tables were fawned over as if they were royalty (not that it mattered much, the coffee, when it finally came, was diabolically awful). Scrambled eggs suffered from erratic preparation; some days an almost eggy/milky mush, and others scrambled to perfection. Nonetheless, these were not make-or-break quibbles. If I were to return to Olüdeniz, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

We were massively disappointed with the hotel. We will not be recommending it to anyone.We are not fussy people and have stayed in many hotels (this is our first complaint) but the amount of money we paid for the 4nights in this hotel is far from value for money - actually we would say its a rip off. I understand its the location someone will pay extra for but the hotel itself is very outdated and neglected. Its not very clean.The toilet and bathroom were disgusting. We had a very noisy toilet door that kept making a load noise even when you try to open or close it. After raising a complaint the people who came to fix it were the nicest people in the whole hotel.They are advertising free wi-fi but it just doest work in the rooms. I think they should stop advertising it as free WiFi.Last we wanted to cancel this hotel but they cleverly make that difficult in the small print by charging a one day cancellation fee (despite advertising as free cancellation)Even our 8 year old boy said it should be rate one and three-quarter star!We felt it important to make this public and so people dont get the wool pulled over their eyes in the way we feel have had to us in a subtly deceitful way.One thing I admit is the food was good. The property was clean and very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. They had an excellent kitchen and offered a good variety of food. The public facilities were nice but basic. Our room was very basic but very clean. There was a mini bar and a very small restroom and shower. The most important thing is that our room had air conditioning which is very important in that hot and humid climate.

Lovely holiday and as always staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed in 1142 overlooking the dining area. Big room and we did not hear a sound from the outside world. Service was excellent as always in turkey. The area is packed full of bars and food places. A little pricey on the strip but surprisingly the hotel was cheaper for most things like cocktails and beer. Around a good place to stay.

We stayed in a lovely room in the main building, away from the main room. It was overlooking the dining area. Very clean and the bed, oh my good it was sleeping on a cloud. Service was good nothing was too much trouble. We mainly stayed around the silence pool. It was relaxing and just the best place to chill.

Very good hotel, well located, very friendly staff, excellent food and well organised reception staff. Olu Deniz is very pretty and its fun to watch the paragliders landing on the beach.
